I got my Covid vaccination here. They were super friendly. Joey administered my shots and did so flawlessly! He made an uncomfortable situation into an enjoyable experience.

Always clean with great healthy grocery options. Produce is fresh and great meat department. Salmon is always except and fresh. Friendly check out staff also!

The store is very everything is neatly organized. They were restocking empty shelves. My cashier was very courteous and polite. She has good energy and is a people person.

This location is typically well stocked and customer service is decent. Would be nice to see more diverse hires at the cash registers. I’ve been observing since relocating to this area and after a few customers I’ve engaged with made the remark on separate store runs.Also reconsider walk in interviews if you aren’t going to follow up with the applicants. Typically people know you’re hiring because they are customers which impacts their experience. & the hiring manager has been on an extended vacation since June and the applicants have yet to hear anything which doesn’t align with what I was told when I walked in today.

My favorite store to shop when Im in Georgia. Beautiful displays. Absolute cleanliness. I love the hot food deli. Great choices.

Ran in for just a few items, not my usual store. Everything in the deli looked and smelled so good. Must be as it was lunch time and it was quite busy. Even with that I was in and out with what I went for plus a few extras

Got lunch there. We can not remember the persons name, (so sorry) but she was amazing. Her energy was at a 10!She had a hint of a New Orland accent or something similar...very sweet woman. We never at at Publix so we had a ton of questions about everything...how is this? How does this taste?, What is that?. She was very honest and patient.She was awesome! She made shopping at Publix a pleasure.😃

It is great overall on friendly staff but I ordered a army fatigue cake for my daughter and went to pick it up,it was not fatigue at all but looked checkered with the colors.The cake tasted great though.I guess it was my fault because I ordered it over the phone, I will be walking in next time,plus I didnt say anything to the bakery because my daughter was leaving for the army the next day and it wouldnt be enough time for me to get another cake

Always shop here. It was a little under stocked which is unusual for them. We can blame it on being short staffed like everywhere else. People need to stop being lazy and get a job!

I love shopping at Publix. They have a a better selection than most other grocery stores.

So far every time that I went into Publix it has been a pleasant experience. The building always seems clean.I can also generally find someone to help if needed. They also seem to have the best fruit in Newnan.

This Publix is within walking distance of my apartments. Everything is always the best quality. Whether its meats or produce. Dry goods or dairy. I am always pleased and I appreciate everything that this location does to make my experience a good one. 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a little pricey especially the seafood.

I thought I was in a klan rally .....lol that is the most whitest grocery store I have ever been in. I have never seen so many white people in one place since I been in Georgia . And I been here for 4o years. So I give that Publix a 5 star rating because of all the white people in one place shopping. It was amazing to watch. Lol

The staff seemed VERY stressed...definitely at the deli/shop (Jason) wasnt in a good mood at all and let it come across. I would have said something to management, but there was a manager helping him and didnt correct him once...so I figured what is the point. Anyways, then I get home and atleast the sandwich was good even though on wrong bread. Oh well, bigger problems in the world besides wrong bread...

Omg I thought GA was supposed to be much cheaper than the rest of the country. This is definitely not the case at the supermarket. It was so incredibly expensive I couldnt believe it. I guess you could say GAs cheaper housing costs are offset by the supermarkets overpriced grocery costs. 🤦

I always brag on their food but this time it was horrible. Got a Chicken sub, was so rubbery you could not even chew it.

Very friendly. Attitude of several employees have changed. Feels like it used to be several years ago when they always welcomed you and seemed glad you were there. If my next trip there is as good as today, I may start going back there on a regular basis again.

Always great to shop here if you are careful on knowing product costs. They can be pricey on some items. My only complaint is that the person bagging spent more time complaining to the cashier about her personal life than bagging our groceries. I had to finish. Disappointing.

When we entered this store, we were immediately struck by a strong odor. Something between bad meat or strong fish. I immediately felt nauseous.

Excellent and helpful customer service !! even I got help with my special needs three year old daughter and bringing the groceries out to my car which is much appreciated and I was treated with the utmost of respect that they give to other customers as well. I love this Publix they are awesome!

Ive always thought Publix had the best bakery in town. The Cuban bread today was so fresh it floated into my cart. Things are easy to find and the people are helpful. I only saw one person without a mask. They have plenty of true bogos and if you only buy one they charge half price.

Austin is probably the sweetest person I’ve met! He introduced himself, politely took my cart, and offered to get me the cart with the baby seat next time because he saw my struggle with my own car seat.

Ive never had a pro lem with their pharmacy! They always have my prescriptions ready early and are very friendly!

I really dont like going to this publix I do because it is convenient. Publix normally has great customer service but this location and the one in stillwood pavillion(lower fayetteville rd) has the worst people working in the deli and bakery. The employees have bad attitudes and act like they dont want to work. Management is ok and sometimes the cashiers are nice but I rather drive further away than to shop at either one of these publixs. Hire employees who enjoy working and helping people

Yes, the prices are a bit higher than the competitors, but the store is always well-stocked and the staff are great. If I want to find something particular, I always go to Publix. The bread, butcher, deli, and seafood departments are excellent for a variety grocer.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and the actual cake itself was stale and leaning to the side. I talked to someone in the bakery about it and he apologized and informed me that they could probably replace it and to contact the store manager when I was ready for another one. I decided to replace the cake from my daughters bday and use it for my Other daughters 5yr Angelversary. So I contacted the store manager two days ago who was rude and short about replacing it but still offered to do so if I produced the cake or the receipt. Luckily I saved the 2 week old cake because I couldn’t locate the receipt. I took the cake to the store leaving the tiara inside the box by mistake and met the manager. He came up got the cake and I left. The cake was prepared and was supposed to be picked up by 10am yesterday but I had an emergency about 90miles away and I couldn’t make it there by 10am. By the time I was able to get there through the holiday traffic which included an accident that took 3hrs to get through. I made it to pick up the cake right before 9pm when they were closing. It was still sitting out and not in the cooler. The young lady assisted me with showing me the cake which appeared to be pretty. I asked for the original tiara but she couldn’t locate one but was so polite and gave me the tinker kit that I asked for as well to purchase. I thanked her and left. Got to the car and tried to remove the tape to show the cake to the kids and it slid from in place to the side of the box from not being cooled. I cried.. but took the cake home and called the store this morning to inform them that.. the cake icing was melted and wasn’t holding up to even make it to the car from the store. We tasted the cake and it’s was moist but the dye for the color was strong. I spoke with a lady who was nice but handed me off to this once again abrupt supervisor.. who I explained the situation of the cake melting from being left out over 11hrs.( My fault admitted ) plus the dye being stronger and the missing tiara. Who replied that the cake was left out because I didn’t come and pick it up timely and that they don’t cool that kind of cake. But he’d be glad to give me the tiara back and to have a great day. My issue is.. yes I was late but, if a person is over 4 hrs on picking up a cake why not cool it. He could have even offered a store credit or anything to help. The level of concern with the cake being for special occasions and aiming to satisfy the customer was not expressed. And I’m truly disappointed. A simple act of kindness and concerns towards someone’s purchase could mean a lot. He lacks customer service and satisfaction skills and in his position it can’t be trained.. it has to be naturally in you.

Not the biggest Publix in the neighborhood, but sufficiently stocked. Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff, who are always willing to help. Now, the reason for 4 stars and not 5: Management only recommends wearing a face mask. Too many people were shopping without them, and while several announcements were made over the loud speaker, nothing was done to encourage those forgetful minds to comply.

Went to get something for my kids to snack on.

Mask policy in place. Felt safe. Not wild about the one way aisles, but i can live with it. They were crowded but had every line running most of the time.

Employees were delightful but I find that their prices are higher than the average grocery store. Sometimes you can find some good deals, but overall, I find them too pricey. I shop a wide variety of stores, so I am speaking from experience.

They have more of what I need than Kroger, with a smaller store. Its worth the small difference in price. And the service is great.
