Even though I had already bought the new battery online, the guy was happy to come out and test my battery for me, (which is in the trunk of a hybrid, so Autozone wouldnt touch it!) it tested good so he we just fine with returning my money. They are honest, very capable and friendly.

Would not honor battery warranty! Blamed my 4wheeler. Battery less than a year old. Bought battery from another company and 4 wheeler has been working fine. No more Batteries Plus products for me!

Ive purchased batteries here before and this is the first time that Ive ever been told that they couldnt install one for me. Instead, 3 guys stood inside the building in the nice, cool AC and maintained their clean clothes and hands. All while I managed to change out my own car battery in the parking lot. I guess its a good thing Im mechanically inclined... The stars are for the service, the batteries are always five-star worthy.

Be careful, I have used them twice before and been great. But I spent 190 less than a month ago repairing an iphone X screen and it just went dark yesturday. The Manager Shawn said i could offer you $30 off a new screen. What a Joke not even 30 days old and wants me to spend another $160 when he knows he could just return that bad screen to a vendor. buyers beware they may have turned the corner into bad service. How can they really do that to their customer. Not a scratch on the screen and he says that based on experience in may have been dropped. So now we just go based on experience and not give an ounce that the product could be defective because we know that doesnt happen in manufacturing its 100% to perfection. what a joke.

These guys are the best in the area. I originally booked an appointment online with Best Buy located in Ashley Park but upon arrival discovered that they would not be able to replace my battery because I don’t have Apple Care. That was the only way they’d be able to service my phone. The curbside worker I spoke to then referred me to Batteries Plus Bulbs and I plan to go back to thank him because I got a great deal at this place for an affordable price. I got a battery for a Nissan Rogue fob at this store and it cost $12.83. I got a battery for a Mini Cooper fob last month at Battery Source and it cost $8.55. That is ridiculous! I wont be using Batteries Plus again. In addition, many online resources indicate that shops like yours recycle batteries, so I brought some to recycle. I had NO IDEA that there was a charge associated with it. Dont worry. Ill be sure to let everyone know. What a ripoff!!

Need a difficult key made or just need a battery for anything this is the place to go

Took my brothers phone in for a screen repair, he picked it up and the battery just all of a sudden quit working. We tried charging it as the battery was almost dead when given back to us. It was working perfectly fine when we dropped the phone off. They say they didn’t touch the battery but you can’t tell me that it just all of a sudden quit working when they “repaired” it. VERY disappointed in this and would not recommend anyone taking their phone there.

The online ordering was a great experience. The girl that contacted me after I place my order online was wonderful. The brand I ordered was not available, but she suggested a different brand but the exact kind but lower price too. she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Too bad she was not there when I came to pick up my item, I probably would not have waited as long as I did to pick up my order since the man that help me at the counter did not know what he was doing, and he have to get someone else to help me that knows.

I had a iPhone 6s Plus 128GB. They were kind courteous in fixing a screen with chunks of glass missing and a non working charging port. The gentleman Daniel was willing to work with me on the device to help save the phone. He was nice and the staff was amazing. I was certain the battery on my car was a goner. Pulled in to Batteries Plus thinking I would definitely need to replace it but the guys helping me told me the battery checked out ok. It had to be 100 degrees outside but they took the time to test my battery and they even ran some tests to make sure the alternator looked good too. Very honest, helpful and customer oriented. Highly recommend!

First of all let me just say that this review is long overdue. I recently ran into the gentleman who helped me, which reminded me that I needed to write this review, and he is a true gentleman. I came into Batteries plus bulbs to get my phone repaired, the man who helped me was Daniel. He was the nicest, most professional employee I have ever encountered anywhere. I started to feel lightheaded while in the store, Daniel grabbed me a chair and was genuinely concerned about my well being, he fetched me a cup of water. After I started to feel better, he rang me up and he offered to walk me out to my car to make sure I was okay. I must say, I wish Daniel was for sale ;-). Whoever hired him knows what they are doing. He is the absolute best. I will be returning for all of my battery, light bulb and cell phone needs.

Its obvious they pay people to rate them well. Dont go here or you will end up losing even more money with a phone thats still not fixed.

My son took his iPhone to store#981 to get his battery replace and when he went to pick it up they stated the front camera wasnt working. It was working fine before taking to STORE #981. Please do not take your phone to this store they are out to make money with that being said how I know they didnt damage the camera on purpose. They have no customer skills.

Costumer service isn’t very good. Over charge you. Go somewhere else if you want your phone screen fixed. This place is horrible. Will make excuses why they can’t fix your phone screen. They won’t even sell you a screen. Unlike their competitors who will fix it no problem.Edit: Response to the owner: Maybe you should focus on less excuses and focus more on fixing. Like your competitors who didnt make excuses, fixed it for a cheaper price, and did it faster.

Although I would not recommended having Samsung cellphone repairs done at this store, I can say that following my previous 1 star review they did reach out, acknowledged their responsibility and sent my phone to their corporate location to fix the damage they had done. The phone has worked properly since that time. If I ever need batteries though this is the place I will go. The employees are friendly and their intentions are to be helpful. Mistakes happen and I appreciate that they (finally) took responsibility and made things right...cant ask for more than that.

Great place to fix mobile phones! Much cheaper than phone carrier rates even with a warranty! Fixed my sons shattered screen in an hour and they guarantee their work! Never buying insurance again from cell phone company. So glad I found this place!!

Daniel saved me from making a huge mistake buying batteries for my camper, which I use to travel all over the country from Battery Source. I learned that they are only a small chain with locations in south Ga, west AL and the FL panhandle. I only paid about $10 more per battery, but I have a longer warranty with a chain that has over 700 stores in the US of A and locations within reasonable distance to all of my travel destinations. That Daniel is one heck of a salesman and really knows his business. Hes made a loyal Batteries Plus Bulbs customer out of me.

This store is the equivalent of a Radio Shack store when it comes to expertise. If you know precisely what you are looking for then you are in business! Otherwise, do your homework before coming here. The staff is barely one step ahead of you with regard to knowledge of the product you are seeking. Dont even ask them terms like CCA, lumen, or otherwise!

I have been to many batteries plus bulbs locations and this is the best one I have ever visited. Every time I go (which is usually for a watch battery replacement) they are so fast and set your watch back to correct day and time...friendly staff, great business.

I had shattered my iPhone 7 Plus screen back in December and had taken it to get replaced. They hooked it up fast and for a reasonable price. A couple of weeks ago I started having an issue with the screen, (some lcds or something went out in the bottom right hand corner) I don’t believe it was their fault, just a faulty screen. took it in there yesterday and had it fixed with a new screen and screen protector and I had it back in hand in 45 minutes, no attempts of trying to make me pay for it saying I was somehow at fault, just handed it back and said “please come back if you have more problems”.. good customer service is a rarity these days but the staff at this location was jam up... thanks guys

As fate would have it, I took off my otter box only to drop my phone seconds later, shattering the screen. Went in to the store at 5 pm, and was fully expecting my phone to be there until at least Saturday morning. When I explained that I was leaving town, Steven had my phone repaired before 7 pm. Needed a battery for my Harley Davidson and they had it. They also had the flashlight I have wanted. The staff member, Joey, was upbeat, polite, and knowledgable. The prices are very reasonable and the store was clean. What more could you ask for?

Helpful, knowledgeable staff... they have every bulb or battery you could possibly need. They also fix cracked phone screens, and replace built in phone batteries! Im sure if they didnt have it, theyd know where to get it. They helped me find the right battery, replaced, and recycled the old one for me. Yeah, I could have probably found it on amazon/YouTube, but it was nice to have a PERSON just do it for me.

I wouldnt recommend this place for fixing phones. After getting my screen replaced on my iPhone 8 plus, the phone had a lag and intermittent overheating issue. The staff checked the phone and found no issues.I took the phone to another place and they fixed the issue. No overheating, and or lag issues.

They installed my car battery quickly, even took the time to clean the terminals and spray corrosion blocker on it. They connected a memory minder battery pack so my radio didnt lose its settings. All this care in the middle of a cold rainstorm. And the battery was priced well too! Great job guys!

Omg I love them! I was worried when they told me my phone was bent a little at the frame, but it was nothing. Everything works perfectly! Took my iPhone in for Screen repair And now the phone overheats, camera doesn’t work, and now I have a blue line showing across the top of the screen. Please do not take your phone here for repair. Now I’m out the repair cost and I have to get a new phone. I regret not reading the reviews before giving them my business.

Batteries plus bulbs is a complete rip-off. I bought a car battery there for $235 less than a year ago. I took the battery back to get charged or replaced being under warranty. I was told by the staff that since the battery was less than 10 volts the battery was no longer under warranty. I took batteries back to Wal-Mart completely dead under warranty and recieve a new battery with no problem. Ill never shop there again. What a sad way to run a business.
