I’m not one to do reviews but I can not let this one go. We are selling our home and needed work done and fast! I called Mr. Carpet and was able to get measurements and installation done on that very day. THAT DAY! I’m so thankful for this and let’s not forget how kind the gentlemen were that I spoke to and encountered! Thank you for fantastic service and extremely fast turn around!

I went to Mr carpet to get some carpet scraps to put in my place because I have wood floors and my dog just had ACL surgery and I didn’t want him to slip and re-injure his leg. The owner was very nice and gave me more than enough to cover my floors. His worker carried it to my car and loaded it with a smile. Thank you

Horrible experience. Have been waiting on the carpet installers for 3 days now, and mr carpet is horrible at calling back. Don’t go to this man he is just a crook. Go to Home Depot you can get everything installed for just a little bit more money, and way better customer service

When you first see the place your first thought would be no way, but the man really knows all about flooring and carpeting. He has so many samples and he can pick colors and textures with ease.It is crews install quickly and professionallyWeve always been happy with the results.

Dave never does what he says he’s going to do or call you back. His crew put down some hardwood in my house and it’s not enough glue do it pops whenever u step on certain areas. I have called several times on this matter and nothing. He was suppose to call me back this past Friday at 9:45 and I’m still waiting. No I do not recommend his company.

Mr. Carpet’s crew installed a vinyl floating interlock, waterproof floor in my entire home! They did a fantastic job🤗❤️ I’m delighted that I chose this company! Mr. Carpet’s crew (Dave) his crew leader has been doing this 30yrs plus & his employees are hard-working & trustworthy. I highly recommend this CO for all your floor needs!! Yes the owner is friendly but his crew has redone my bathroom floor twice and it’s still a hot mess! Trying to stay positive waiting on a call back now!

This is the only place to take your business if you want carpet done right! Dave and his team are fast and affordable. When everyone was telling me 3 weeks on install, he had it done in a few days. Also, his prices are incredibly affordable. Do not pass up Mr. Carpet on any carpet job!!

Any carpet currently available anywhereget the info on it and take it to Mr. Carpet. He will give you a much better price. LVP, HARD WOOD, CARPET he is cutting out the middle man and selling direct to the consumer. Big big savings. Awesome installers.

David was very helpful and gave.lots of information. I only chose my flooring and installation. I feel confident in the installation because David is proud of paying his installers well. He takes pride in his installers workmanship. I look forward to working with them. The price is good but the location is no showroom. Low overhead means better prices. I will deal with the warehouse location no problem.

My carpet requires stretching after a year of being installed.We called Mr Carepts about 20 times or more.He promised to stretch the carpet but never showed up.He kept giving us appointments by never followed up.This is just poor customer service support.
