We recently switched to AT&T by ordering online. We had some questions and needed a few accessories. Our representative, Tom, was the example of customer service and putting our needs first. He was able to help us activate a phone, trade-in an old phone, purchase the accessories, and research the fiber network build out for our area. Again, since we originally ordered everything online, we should have needed to finish everything online. But we were in the store 15 minutes and had everything knocked out; it was too easy! Thanks, Tom, and thanks AT&T. Really happy so far.

I had one of the best and easiest experiences at this AT&T store than I have in years. We have had issues with rude employees in the past. Tara was nice and knowledgeable.

Miss Susan Kennedy is the best Sales Associate in this entire business! AT&T is very lucky to have someone such as herself working for them; She is diligent, focused and extremely patient with her customers. I recommend going to her if you have important questions about your phones or phone bills!

I just change my phones over from Sprint to AT&T in the Newnan Ga location. Ray the assistant store manager and Tom the Rep was extremely helpful. They were very knowledgeable about getting what I wanted, most important what I and my family needed. I had question after question and they both was very patient. If there was any difficulties both worked together & explained to me what happen and what was done. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my family, getting us a better plan.

I am attempting to turn off our home internet through ATT so I went to the store where there are several employees waiting to help people, BUT, they said they can’t take the equipment and I had to go to UPS and ship it back. So drive to UPS store and find a long line due to staff shortage. It appears ATT is intentionally making this difficult. At the very least they need to have their logistics folks retrained.

Very satisfied with Tony Lee the sale representative he was very helpful throughout the process. His definitely an asset to this company. He make sure that we left happy. Everybody should look for him when you go this store because he was very patience and what he does. His definitely A++

Wife and I went in yesterday to get a new account set up. We switched our service over as we had heard great things about AT&T service provided in the area. Tara, the rep who assisted us, was really great and was extremely helpful.

So glad to hear that you take customer service seriously! I visited your Newnan store today after a long day at work. I explained to the sales person that I needed a wall charger (since my new corporate phone did not come packaged with a wall charger).He mentioned the buy 2 get one free option and I purchased a wall charger with a cord, an Otter phone case and a screen protector. He assured me that the product was compatible with my phone. I arrived home did some chores and then decided to plug in my phone. To my surprise the phone charger did not fit my phone. I called the store and was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then decided to go to the store because the young lady who placed me on hold never returned.When I arrived to the store the young lady who placed me on hold was still on the phone which appeared to be a personal phone call as she was not assisting any of the customers in the store. The employee with whom I made the purchase with earlier was assisting another. I waited for 25 minutes. When he finished helping his customer he looked up at me and said are you being helped. I said no however you help me earlier today and you sold me an incorrect wall charger for my phone. His response was someone else will be with you shortly I’m done for the day.It would have been great customer service if he had owned his error and assisted me with the exchange -after all I did have to go back to the store after a long days work to get this issue resolved. He offered no apology, had little concerned about how frustrating this would be for me. He had total disregard for my time, the inconvenience he caused me and the fact that I was a paying customer. I waited another five minutes before a young lady assisted me. She was very helpful and after explaining my frustration she offered a sincere apology.Believe me I know that people make honest mistakes because we are all human. But the total disregard, disrespect, and poor customer service was an experience that I felt deserved the feedback that I’m sharing with you.Please be sure that you share with him my experience and his poor customer service - In hopes that he will deliver better customer service to another paying customer if this scenario should happen again in the future. I broke my old phone the same day I bought my new phone. I couldn’t see anything on the screen and the AT&T representatives were willing to work with me and see what they’d could do with the little information I was able to give. Representative, Crystal, worked her sales magic and I was able to walk out with a new phone and an affordable plan. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I was helped within a minute of entering the store. The sales clerk helped with exactly what I wanted and did it very efficiently. I was in and out under 20 min. My husband and I just went to this store to upgrade my husbands phone to the new galaxy. Tony, the associate that was helping us, stated it would be pointless to upgrade his phone right now because Samsung is dropping a new galaxy on the 13th of August. As soon as we left, we called the peach tree city branch and they stated he was completely wrong. They are not coming out with a new one until next year. He completely gave us false information and acted like he didn’t even want to help us. Would not recommend this location. PTC is SO much better and SO much more professional!!

Was told by ATT sales rep inside Target that I would get medical discount if I switched from Verizon. When turning in phone was told it was a scam to get me to switch. If ATT is going to employ third party vendors they should not hire USED CARE SALESMAN 🤬🤬🤬🤬

If I could give this location more than five I would. I typically hate going into the store for assistance but thankfully this was a pleasant experience. From start to finish it was a seamless process. I went in to try to upgrade/change my current plan. Greg was able to go over my current plan and suggest what would work for me. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was about all of my options. He was even able to save me a little money! This will be my store for any future AT&T needs!

Went in to fix an issue with my phone and ended up purchasing a new phone. (I was thinking of buying a new one later on in the year, so this actually worked out!) The manager, Greg, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the differences and features of the new phones I was looking at. Definitely an inviting atmosphere. This is store was beyond amazing. I had the pleasure of being assisted by the manager Jamie after I was lured into a contract by the people that come to your house. She explained everything and made sure my plan was exactly what I wanted. She even gave me a discount on my service and my accessories because of my employer. Awful customer service. The staff was having their own private party, having loud conversations and jokes while we were trying to make a phone call to our current provider Verizon to have the number released. We were unable to make that phone call because of the private chatter the at&t staff had going on and when asked politely if it was possible to quiet down so we could make our transfer we were met with offended glances and comments. Were sorry we inconvenienced you. There is another store just around the corner!UPDATED 10/26/2020 The owner’s response is a lie and he knows it too but it doesn’t come as a surprise. A team can’t be better than its leader. The store is run poorly which is evident by the number of bad ratings. Wish we had checked reviews beforehand. We ended up getting 100% better service in Peachtree City

Waited 40 minutes. Never got greeted, never got helped.Eventually I gave up and did my upgrade on the app.This pretty much happens every time I go there.

It’s rare to feel like you are important in an establishment nowadays. Sure, you can buy things online and forego a lot of heartache from most places, but this store has always been top notch. Knowledgeable staff. A purchase was made @ Target for an ATT device. When that is done, it cant be returned to an ATT store, it must be returned by mail if wanting to return. Even though they couldnt take back the device, they were helpful with guidance on what to do and no pressure or attempts to talk you out of the return.

Great experience. Scott and the team always do a wonderful job making sure my phone needs are met. I’ve truly never had a mediocre experience at the Newnan ATT store.

I upgraded my wifes 8S to an SE and she had never backed up her phone to iCloud. Needless to say, it was taking forever to back it up at home where my neighborhood has slow internet speeds. Derek and Scott allowed me to bring the phone back to the store for almost two days where the Wifi was faster. They were great and I really appreciated their help. We adopted twin girls from Haiti and we gave them my wifes old phone and opened a new line. Thank you!!!

AT & T is a horrible company. I was lured into a program where they would buy my Verizon phone if I join them. My wife and I joined, handling over our Verizon to them hoping that they would do as the y said. Nothing done for over 3 yrs now, Verizon has submitted the $1200 to collection. Seated on my Credit Report. I had spend hours with their customer service, even visited the store twice for them the pay off verizon with no success. I decided to exposed them and I will until that debt is clear off my name. Bad business!

I had my first experience with this store last week. I went in to learn about the new deal and to order the iPhone 12 pro. Toyhia Taylor helped me so much and didn’t pressure me at all to make a purchase because I was undecided on which phone I wanted. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. I left but ended up back at the store 30 min later to order the phone. When my phone arrived I went back to this store for activation. Toyhia was working and helped me again. She was again so helpful and patient. It took my phone a while to transfer and download everything but she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I really appreciate Toyhia and the AT&T Store in Newnan. They are wonderful!!! I will definitely recommend to others and I will continue to conduct my service here as well.

I have been coming to this store for years, and In the past the management was not professional at all. But now, the store is under new management. Jamie has really turned this AT&T store around!I came into the store last week to upgrade my phone and I had personal question about my plan. Jamie ( the NEW store manager) assisted me and her service exceeded my expectations! I walked out of there with a new phone for a great deal and my problems resolved in a timely manner.

I had a one week old S20 that wasnt getting data service and had spent hours on the phone with tech support. I went in to the store, expecting a huge battle and having to explain my entire lengthy story again. Instead, manager Jamie gave me a new phone, apologized for the hassle, and made sure the new one was working. Theyre also very safety oriented, having people wait in their cars to minimize time waiting with other people, and refusing to allow people in without masks, which I appreciate. Generally a very positive experience at the end of a very annoying week.

Derek helped me get my account transferred into my name after the original owner passed. He was very professional and understanding.

We have dealt with Scott on multiple occasions and he was absolutely pathetic in dealing with our issue. He went as far as to tell us closing your line, and going with another carrier would be your best bet Horrible service and a miserable experience dealing with this AT&T.

I was out in Newnan, on business, and had trouble with my phone and the store manager Janie was SUPER NICE and understanding! I do not mind traveling to Newnan from Alpharetta! I just left this store. I waited over 40 minutes and not a single employee even looked in my family’s direction. Finally I just got on the ATT app and used that to upgrade my phone. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. The service there is so bad I debated switching to Verizon just to make a point.

Received a lead on where I could find the equipment I needed as this location didnt have it.
