These guys are great! I brought my Pixel 4XL in for repair. It has a defective battery; a known problem for Google. Google had in fact given an extra year warranty to cover this.When I first called them, I feared that they would not be aware of this and that I was going to have to argue about it. I had already printed pages about the extra warranty. However, to my delight, once I described my problem, Trey knew exactly what I was talking about and even brought up the extended warranty! So, I brought my phone in and asked for Trey; he wasnt available and my stomach immediately sank fearing this guy would not be familiar with the warranty. Yet again, I was pleasantly surprised because he too knew exactly what I was talking about.These guys really are on top of things. I got my phone back a few days later working good as new! Phone looks and works like brand new but the repair took almost three hours longer than promised. I did not receive any updates from the store and had to call myself. If there was another option for Apple and Samsung phones I would recommend trying but unfortunately there is not.

The front desk girl was amazing and informative about all services and make sure you understand everything prior to getting services completed.

Not only was my phone not fixed, it was returned in worse condition. I brought my phone in for a factory defect on the battery. Google, the manufacturer, was aware and covering the cost. I was then informed that after they opened it and fixed the battery that several other functions were not working. Those features were working before they had opened it. My phone screen didnt even fit inside the phone casing any longer when I came to pick it up. They were not going to mention that but when questioned about why, they tried to blame it on a third party screen repair. Google was already aware of this repair and said that any Google tech should be able to fix it. They would not provide me with straight answers and talked in circles when questioned. They did offer to fix all of it if I paid them. After contacting Google they told me that Google would repair or replace it if I sent it in to them and even apologized on behalf of the store. I dont want to make accusations but this all seems very scam like to me.

Unfortunately, repairing my phone would have cost more than the phone was worth, but I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to help me retrieve my data from the broken phone. Broke my iPhone X screen and had it fixed within an hour with these guys. Super friendly staff, explained what they were doing and got it done quickly.I had an issue with the screen when I first got it back, but I took it in and they deemed it defective equipment. Fixed it for free, and got it done quickly. Will definitely be returning if I need another replacement!

I hate to write this review, but I got my phone screen repaired less than a month ago.. and the screen stopped responding to my touch. I called and spoke with someone and they asked could I come back. They said since I had scratches on my screen protector that there was nothing they can do about THEIR SCREEN THAT THEY REPLACED STOPPED WORKING😑. I am very frustrated because they did not even seem to care. A screen protector protects the screen, the actual screen being dropped here and there should not cause an ENTIRE screen to completely stop working.To the manager JERRY, I at least expected you to come out and talk to an concerned customer. SMH.

I am very appreciative of them. Corey goes above and beyond each and every time I bring in a work computer (which is very often). Their services is prompt and pricing is reasonable. They have wonderful customer service and aim to please. I trust them with all my technology issues. I made an appointment nearly a week prior to coming in and drove over an hour to get here. I speak to the front desk and they tell me they had a lot of people the day prior and basically used the screen I reserved with my appointment. I rightfully got upset and asked to speak to the manager. He offered me gas money for my long drive. I was ok with this nice gesture but still upset for the blank trip. I wake up this morning to an email that I didnt show up for the appointment.. Rather than note that they used the screen reserved for my phone, they said I never showed up. Very unprofessional of them to lay the blame on the customer when they didnt prepare for your appointment that was previously scheduled

I recently dropped my phone damaging the touch screen functionality. I went here around 3 in the afternoon to see what it would cost to fix it if they were able to. The guy behind the counter told me the price and instead of trying to sell me, he told me it may be worth it to see if my insurance would be cheaper. While insurance was marginally cheaper ($20 or so) the headache of filling out the paperwork and sending it back plus waiting on the phone to be shipped meant I would probably be without a phone for 2 days minimum. I came back around 5:30 fully expecting to drop it off and pick it up the next day but the manager (or owner maybe) told me he should be able to have it fixed before they closed at 7. We grabbed dinner nearby and they called us very quickly to let me know it was fixed. Very professional and the phone works good as new. I wont hesitate to use this location again in the future and recommend them.

I came in yesterday due to my iPhone experiencing weird glitches. I spoke to a nice man (don’t think I caught his name) on the phone about it who was very knowledgeable and then the service I received when I actually came into the store was phenomenal! The guy really took the time to find out what was wrong with my phone then offered a solution that worked which was great. I see why this place gets 5 star reviews! I will recommend them to anyone having phone issues going forward. Great customer service, and they’re really not trying to just take your money without offering a solution. Excellent!

I bought a used I-phone. Within a few days, it had issues with charging. I was given a replacement. Now, 2 months later, my phone will not boot up. It only shows apple screen. They told me I had gotten water under the screen. I have never had this problem; I do not allow my phone to sit outside. They also stated that phone probably had corrosion (aka rust) from aforementioned water and that was causing an open circuit in the micro-circuitry of the phone, thus explaining why it would not boot up.

The service exceeded my expectations. I took my laptop in because it would not boot up and after a diagnostic check the technician discovered that the sleep button was stuck (or something like that). My computer is working fine and I got it back in a few days compared to when I took it to Best Buy and they said they would have to send it to their repair center in KY and it would take up to 2 weeks to get it back. Thank you for the great service and getting my laptop back to me quickly.

I went in for a free cell phone diagnostic and stayed for the managers incredible help getting my phones backed up. He did this for me and it was a huge relief as I was having problems doing it on my own. Cory went above and beyond to help me out. They totally checked it out in just a few hours.. Bad news was it was beyond help. Good news was..there was no charge for that service. My iphone X screen needed to be replaced. The job was done in one hour. After a few weeks I noticed that I was having trouble with the touch screen working properly. I took it back to them for assessment and they replaced the screen free of charge based on their 90 day warranty program. They even gave me a free tempered glass screen protector. Great people with a great business. I would highly recommend.

My phone screen was cracked pretty bad, and no place in Newnan would fix my phone because of the brand. The young man I first dealt with was so nice and helpful. I went back once the part was in to drop off my phone, and a different young man helped me. He was equally kind and helpful. I picked it up a few hours later, and the young woman was the same. Plus, they were a good bit cheaper than a place in Peachtree City I found to replace the screen. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
