Decent selection, but items on the clearance rack (^ to 70%off) are not ringing up on sale.. associate didnt wanna give the discount.. only have 10 off.. they need to move the items from that rack, instead of saying we dont have any other place yo hang them.... #false #advertising

Okay selection and helpful enough gentleman, but the music was so offensive we left. I am not going to shop where the music is unusually loud and full of n——r this and n—-r that. I can’t believe that a chain store would play this kind of music. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Horrible!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could. My daughter and her friend wanted to buy a pair of shoes for their friend’s birthday. The sales clerk repeated several times that we can bring back if they didn’t fit the friend. While purchasing, I asked for a gift receipt. He said they didn’t have gift receipts. I was okay with that and told the girls that we could just include the regular receipt. Then another clerk (female) came up and said that there are no returns on SALE items. This is AFTER MY visa debit card had already been deducted $53.49. Then, the female clerk said she wasn’t sure and was checking her phone. Then, a few minutes later she said they would need to be returned within 48 hours! I explained then that I’d never heard of that and this was too risky so I didn’t want to purchase the shoes and would like my money back. So, she told me to enter my card back in the machine for a return and gave me a return receipt for -$53.49 and then said it would be 3 business days to be credited.After looking at Athletes Foot online, they do not have that ridiculous policy and have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed.Here’s the worst—I checked my bank today and they DEDUCTED $53.49 TWICE!!!So now I have no shoes and $107 less in my bank account and now have to go through the hassle of explaining in the store to try and hopefully get all my money back.

I wish I could rate the store lower. For back to school my wife bought my 15 year old son a pair of $120 Nike tennis shoes. Two days after the purchase my son wore them for the first time to school orientation. After orientation he was throwing the football with friends and when he planted his foot the upper sole tore wide open.Believing that we had received a defective pair of shoes we returned to the store for help. The manager on duty refused to help saying “ we didn’t sell them to you that way”. Duh! When my wife tried to explain that she knew that the manager turned away, waived her hand at my wife and told the clerk there to ignore my wife.Hands down, the worst customer service experience I have ever heard of.In the hope of getting a remedy and helping the poor soul that paid for this franchise I attempted to reach the owner through The Athletes Foot corporate office which also declined to provide us with a remedy or the contact information for the owner. Please note that Nike’s website claims they stand behind their product but do not expect this store to do anything more than take your money.Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received on an upper tier product like $120 sneakers.My advice, shop for shoes here and then buy them from Zappos. My son’s shoes were considerably less there.This issue is not resolved. I will post another review if the situation gets resolved.

First purchase and last. Bought shoes for Christmas told them size brought home wrapped open Christmas wrong size no return after 30 days. I trusted they gave me right size when I specified. Not happy at all. Telling family and friends dont patronize.

The young man was extremely rude! I waited patiently to ask a question and when he finally asked if i needed help. I asked my question and he acted as if it was an inconvenience to answer it. It felt like he shewed me off. No pun intended
