Im a new tractor owner as of 2 months ago and I appreciated the experience of the purchase to the delivery of my tractor. Your staff was friendly and informative.This morning I called and spoke to Aaron in the service department. He was very helpful and he took the time to go over, in detail, how all the features of my tractor worked to include a simple process of using the mulch feature on my tractor. I really appreciate ithe time he took to help me.My thanks to your entire staff, they were all helpful and friendly to me and my wife. Your great service does not stop after the purchase.

We bought the Stihl self-propelled battery operated lawn mower. VERY pleased with the purchase. We also like the weed eater and hedge trimmer. The customer service was excellent too. We will definitely buy again from Ag-Pro!!

Its sad to read all these one-star reviews, and heres one more. I called trying to schedule service for my John Deere tractor. Stayed on hold for a few minutes, then the guy came back and said that the service department wasnt picking up any of their calls, and they must be busy. He took my name and number and said someone would call back. That was a week ago and nobody has ever called. Seems like the ownership/management of this place is either incompetent or indifferent. Makes me wonder how successful this business would be if it were competently managed by someone who is inspired to do the job and help others.
They took me twice for 1500 dollars lawn mower still will not run I trusted them they ripped me off twice horrible place..

My experience was what it has always bn from day one....(Good)!!! But this time I was dealing with Melanie, in the Ser. Dept. And she absolutely took care of me on the ser. Of my Mower!!! It was supposed to be a 4 -5 wks Service back log,but she called me a day ago saying my Mower was ready....Which was great after it only being 2wks so far...Which saved me from having to pay a lawn Ser. To cut my yard...Again!!! Thanks Mel I appreciate your Promptness....👍

I recently purchased a used John Deere 175 gallon capacity spreader from Craigslist. As it turned out the gears in the transmission were worn enough to cause the spreader to not function. I went into the store in Newnan with very little information about the spreader. I had emailed pictures of the unit and transmission to Kris in parts.Kris and Josh put in a good deal of research and were able to order the correct parts I needed (transmission) for the spreader.Even though this was an inexpensive item the team there were friendly and professional performing the research and communicating with me. Thanks to the team for a very good shopping experience!

My husband and I came in to buy a tractor. They had what we wanted, but we ended up leaving because of the rude and poor customer service. He truly acted like he did not want to sell anything. It’s their loss.
Very good service at the parts counter from a young man who met the price of other dealers even though ag pro is about a 35 minute drive from my house and sun south is 5 minutes I will now be buying all my parts at ag pro hopefully this company takes care of the employees that want to do a good job and help people like this young man did
I had a horrible experience with their so-called service department. These are some of the most lazy, inconsiderate, incompetent lying people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The service manager seems to be conveniently out of the office all the time. They will not return calls although when you go there there seems to be to be three or four people sitting around talking. They just lost a customer that was going to spend over $6,000.00 with them this year. I had planned on buying a new John Deere zero-turn mower, Farm Boss Chainsaw, Gas pole saw and a cultivator. I will spend my hard earned money with their competition instead. Absolute Mower Sales and Georgia Lawn equipment is a much better choice. I would advise anyone that needs sales or service to choose the two mentioned above and stay far away from this poorly run place.

I called to inquire about some factory maintenance parts for my old l110. The nice lady was incredibly helpful in not only looking up all of the parts I might need based on my question, but also did extensive research to make sure the oil I was putting in the transmission was correct. Her attitude was fantastic, and the prices for the parts were low. She had an opportunity to sell me on some fancy hydraulic fluid versus straight motor oil and was very honest by explaining to me that regular old 30W was probably going to be the most sensible approach. You dont find that often in service or sales. I have previously bought my maintenance/repair parts on the internet, but ill be sure to purchase all of my parts from Ag-Pro from this point on.

Terrible customer service. Went to get 4 New tires for my JD tractor and bladed. Stood in line 20 minutes. Took forever to find the rear tires, then was told after bringing the front tires 15 minutes later that he had to STILL go search for the rear tires! I just told him nevermind, ill figure out something else. (Went to Lowes and walked straight back and got my rear tires ).Two weeks later, I thought Id be smart this time and call first. BIG MISTAKE! Called twice, no answer. Third call was greeting by Jennifer. I told her I needed a starter for my JD tractor. Guess what? Got put on hold for the parts department. Held 20 minutes before giving up and disconnected. Jennifer couldnt look up the part for me? Why not? She does work there right? Come on people. How about a little customer service. Would highly recommend just shopping online for whatever you need. Going to this place or even calling is a HUGE waste of my time. My time is important JD. Youre here to provide me with decent customer service. Im the one spending my hard earned money. What a disappointment from a wonderful company.

Went there to get information on service prices for ride lawn mower. They could not provide written information about the break down of different prices, and read off from computer screen one general price which was pretty high for a ride lawn mower. I will be doing my own service on the mower myself. Staff there appears not very friendly in my opinion. Just dont have that welcoming feeling.
Went to store today as an accident because I was just passing by. When I spied the JD logo I decided to see what they had to offer. I met a salesman who was attentive at first, but must have sized me up and figured I was not able to purchase a JD sticker let alone a tractor! What he did not realize was that I could have bought anything on the floor for cash if I had a mind to. I was so put off by this salesman that I would never purchase more than parts for my JD 110 from this dealership. I would forget this store for major purchases. This guy did not even offer to show the tractor I was interested in even when I told him which one I was interested in. I guess it was just too close to quitting time for him to bother. However, the feller behind the parts counter was very friendly and helpful. He is a true asset to the store! I wish I could remember his name... but I think he was an avid fisherman!

Terrible experience!! Bought a new zero turn 6 months ago and it was like pulling teeth, on the day i supposed to pick it up I arrive and the sales rep was not there and nobody had any idea I was coming and my paperwork had not been processed and my JD cart had not been assembled either. After driving an hour to pick up my mower and equipment I was a bit frustrated and discussed m disappointment with the GM. They finally got my docs squared away and I had to make a return trip a few days later to pick up my dump art. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. A few months later I tried to schedule the 9 hour service JD recommends and the service person tells me they are 2 weeks out and they dont take appointments. I dropped it off and literally had to call 4 times to follow up on my mower over a course of several weeks. I walk in and all the service techs are standing around talking and they hadnt completed my service. There were parts Id asked them to install and they didnt even order the parts and acted like they are having a hard time with the actual techs communicating with management. They offered to pick my mower up once the correct parts came in and two days after the parts arrived they finally called me to pick up my mower and has now no showed me twice on doing so. Ive been a loyal JD customer for over 15 years but service is the key to any product and these guys are missing the mark in every phase. Its apparent that the leadership needs to be replaced at the Newnan location in order for that business to maximize its potential. Because of experiences like this It will make me pause next time I think about buying another JD product.
Terrible customer service. Kept the chipper for 2 weeks, did not even call to say they cannot get parts. Then wanted to charge $50 to put it back together. HA! Why should I pay extra money for you to put it back together after you did NOT even fix it and did NOT call to say you could not fix it??

No enthusiasm, had to hunt down someone to help me cause there were no other customers in the store, I asked about a chainsaw and he walked away to get it, didnt say anything like yes or we sure do, I felt like I was treated like I was a hobo.

I needed a few parts for my Stihl edger. I went to Ag Pro to get them. After about 15min of the rep fumbling with the computer I was told I had to order them and pay fir them first. A month later still no parts. I told them I wanted my money back. They refunded my money bit charged me a re-stocking fee. Their attitude was they did not they lost a customer.
Every time I go into this place its like Im a bother to them. Your job is to help me not act like I have no idea what the hell im talking about it. I have all the info you need just be nice and help. Woman know maintaince too bro.

Purchased a chain saw about a year ago and a weed eater a month ago, both times customer service was great and the equipment does what I ask it to every time.

Called to see if they had a part for my mower, my husband runs a lawncare service...so he needed the part SAME DAY. Well when the associate answered the phone and we asked if they had said part. He basically told us he didnt feel like looking through the parts in the back room, but he would order for us.Bad customer service! Went to Jack Peeks in Palmetto and they were great!

I took my lawnmower to this place and it took them 2 months to fix a few things on it but to only get it back still not working. I went to cut my grass a couple days ago for first time and the deck blade doesnt work and that was one of the things they were suppose to fix after paying 550$ you think it would work. This place is awful and will never do business with them again or recommend.
