Very friendly and helpful customer service reps! The hands free check out was super easy...you scan and bag your items and use the card reader to pay. Since face masks are mandatory, every employee was wearing one as were the customers. Being in remission from acute myeloid leukemia and on immunosuppressants I GREATLY appreciated that!

I went to buy some cbd oil edibles and told the employee I was going to pay half in cash and half on card and they charged the card first for the whole amount and said I didnt owe anything well when I got back to my vehicle me and my mother in-law caught the mistake and went back in to get them to correct it and the lady was very unprofessional and rude she made us feel like we stole it when we clearly had the receipt in hand and explained the mistake.

Phone line was off. just turned on after 2nd attempt to call. Business open and you won’t open the door and ignoring phone calls. Your hours report you should of been opened for 35 minutes now. Car in the parking lot also, lights are on in building. What are your workers doing?

Manager of the store refused to help me when I asked for a product that I KNEW they had in stock because it said so online but he insisted that I was mistaken so I had to walk around the store for 15 minutes looking for it on each display myself. I was finally able to find it but he could have simply said “I’m not sure which product you’re referring to but if you give me the name I can look it up in my system to help you find it” instead, he just insisted that they didn’t carry those kinds of products in his store and didn’t think twice about trying to assist me. Poor and lazy customer service and incredibly unfriendly.

Today I had a dilemma with my immunocompromised child. He was not being monitored as I thought by another adult and took too much of an SSRI in liquid form. While he did not overdose it was still too much for him due to his other health issues. I quickly called his pediatrician who recommended activated charcoal. I did not have any on hand. I called my local Vitamin Shoppe and they put some up front for me as I headed that way. My child is feeling much better and doing just fine!Thank you for being open today and being kind when answering my questions over the phone! Thanks for being amazing and taking care of my purchase quickly! I hope you are given the recognition you deserve, and are provided with the essentials you need to protect yourselves during this time!

This place has the most absolute worst people working here, cdc says you can’t force people to wear a mask but this place sure thinks they’re allowed ... lost all my business completely... talk about it’s a respect thing .... we’ll respect your customers and that you don’t so check y’all off my list

Never seen a two store managers so rude. You are in retail and if a guest is a little early I’m shocked you don’t open up for them. Instead the young man watched and laughed at me while I waited outside. Instead of making a sale a little early they made me wait and would not let me get into the store 10 mins early to make a quick purchase. The older brunette woman sat and tried to ignore me and told the young guy to not open because it was not their open time yet. I’m appalled by their professionalism and will be taking my business elsewhere now.Update 12/8/19 no one has reached out.I went to GNC and they opened up 15 mins early and made $50 bucks after I bought two cases of the drinks I got. The GNC had amazing customer service also.

I called the shop and asked if they carried a certain product. I was told she was busy, did I want to hold. i told her yes. I was then hung up on and when I tried calling back, no one answered the phone. This has happened several times at this location when I have tried calling. No one answers the phone. Who runs a business like that? As a small business owner, your customers are your bread and butter. I will not shop here anymore.

Not the best service since I never get a hello how are you today?? I get silent stares as I walk into what seems kinda like hostility or something. Employees should know that customer service is #1. How you make a person feel when they walk into your bussiness should be welcoming...right? Im also a veteran but they give no military discount either, which I think is kinda a slap to us men and woman who have served to allow them to have this life.

They should offer better coupons, thats why I didnt give them five stars. Theyre a bit pricey also.
