If I could give this place a lower grade I would. I purchased a truck online at there auction and everything they showed on the pictures were a total lie. The moment I got there to pick up the truck it wouldn’t start and the check engine was on and that wasn’t shown on the pics prior to picking it up. As I pulled off the lot the truck wouldn’t go past 20 mph and it started smoking. As I took the truck back, they offered me no help after I mentioned to them that the truck had all these problems. Please avoid this auction the management was horrible and did nothing to resolve this matter !!!!!!!!!!

We have purchased equipment from multiple auctions through Ritchie Bros. not only in Newnan but in other states too. However, at the Newnan location their customer service provided by Ms.Toni Anderson was a lack there of. Her customer service was a big FAIL, it is HORRIBLE. I’m not sure of her direct title but nonetheless she does deal with the public. Dealing with her on the phone, to get HELP for my issue about getting a replacement title. Toni had a smart mouth, very short and rushing me off of the phone, chewing food, smacked her lips and took deep breaths as if I had spoiled her day of food smacking, not clear with her answers to my questions. She said, “I don’t know when I’ll be able to” when I asked her when would she be able to get started with resolving my issue. Bottom line is Toni Anderson either was having a bad day and taking it out on me or she behaves this way everyday. Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers should have employees with better attitudes, personality and AWESOME customer service skills, not that carp that Toni is providing!

Dropping off here is one of the easiest Ritchie Bros Ive delivered too. Not usually a line at gate and quick sign in and they send the loaders over to you very quickly.

Dont buy anything from these guys or iron planet! The iron clad assurance is a scam--they misrepresent the equipment that is supposedly inspected and lie about its condition and then when you get it in with blatant major issues that is significantly not as described they basically tell u to go kick rocks! The whole marketing scheme behind the iron clad assurance is to guarantee you dont get junk.....but they lie and wont honor their guarantees and tell you nothing is covered! Really?? No major components are covered? No electrical components are covered? Its inoperable and not useable--tough luck for you! Shame on you iron planet!! Do not support this business and allow them to defraud you!!

Cool place to buy equipment. Anything you can think of

Normally they will post issues with vehicles especially during a time that they only allowed limited inspections however I purchased online and trusted that they disclosed everything of common knowledge with the vehicle however when I picked up the vehicle it had a knock in the engine. After taking the truck to a shop they confirmed the engine needs to be replaced. Not fair and not how someone should do business. Restrict inspections and then not disclose a known issue.

Pulled up to back gate at 330pm kid workin tells me i gotta go to office for paperwork but says i gotta pull back out front. So with 4 trucks waitin to leave i drive threw entrance. When i come back he gets all wanabee billy badass about me going out the entrance so we have a few words no big deal. Guys in yard were great & helpfulOn my way out ol wannabe sittin there smokin where it clearly says no smoking. When asked to blow smoke someplace else he says that sign is for customers. Lol so i a non smoker is suppose to sit there and breathe some workers 2nd hand smoke. I dont think so. Because of his rude & disrespectful attitude 2 stars. Guys in yard 5 stars.
