Owner is rude and DOES NOT honor his warranties..he called my phone and called me a baby after i posted a review(how professional)..told me if I had a problem to contact snapper even though my 3yr warranty was through his company...then told me snapper mowers are not built well anymore...well he sure doesnt mind selling you one...also he has gone through at least 3 mechanics in past few yrs...probably impossible to work for.(just a guess judging from his treatment of customers who spent thousands of dollars)..every time i go by he has mechanic needed sign up!!
