I absolutely adore this store, the short red headed girl was wonderful and very knowledgeable. My only concern was the girl with green hair seemed to be very rude to follow employs and not willing to move from the cash register. Overall a great experience just wish that there was more respect amongst her fellow employees.

Today is the 2nd time that I have been here and if I could leave a million stars I totally would. Just like the first experience, the customer service is incredible. The girls, Alexis & Xeina, both took the time to educate me on products and helped me choose the right ones for my personal needs. Toys are expensive and so they helped me choose the toys that met my needs, were of high quality and still in my price range. They were awesome.Dont be afraid or embarrassed to reach out for help. They are so well educated on every single product, are fun to chat with and want to help you have the best experience in and out of the store!!!

If I could leave no stars I would it is a horrible place with a horrible environment I am of age and showed them with an actual ID but would not let me in store for reason of an unverified identification even tho it is completely real and can get the same exact ID off of the dds website

I’ve been 3 times in the past few months and I’ve had a great shopping experience each time. I can agree that the prices are a little high but it’s better than having to pay shipping and you can even see some products before you commit to purchasing it. The employees have been very nice and helpful each time and have never made me feel uncomfortable or anything. I like that they test toys to make sure they work too.

Staff is always helpful, despite what the few random reviews say here or there. I’m a regular and I can’t see any staff not helping a customer, especially over a cell phone video. I am always greeted at the door and asked multiple times if I need help finding anything. Sometimes you have to shake them off you if you’re just killing time.This store is way better than some of the others ITP. Very clean, and always smells nice.

This place is awesome. Im a Simi regular to this location. Yes the employees have a relaxed manor about them, but this does not make them unprofessional. Most are knowledgeable and very friendly. There products arent cheep for the good stuff but you get what you pay for. Ignore the ones on here talking trash because this place is awesome! !!!!!!!!

I mean, Ive never had a bad customer service experience here its just that so much of what they sell is just made in China junk that tears up the minute I pull it out of my smokin hot wife. Its a roll of the dice really.

Heather is the rudest person I’ve come across. I just called to get some information before driving out there because it is not a close commute. In the background I can hear her grunting and blowing hard as if I’m not a customer. The goal is to get the customers in and now I would rather not give them my money.

I have spent thousands of dollars in this store and usually have a good experience but that is not what people remember. I asked to look at the bottom of an OPM shot and I told the lady to hold them herself I wanted to make sure she didnt think I was stealing and she smarted back dont worry Im watching every move you make. This is the last shot. No more Starship Newnan ever!

The employees are unprofessional. Upon walking in, young adult workers were loudly complaining to one another about people in their life. I simply shook it off and figured everyone has their bad days. But when the employees ignored my request to look at a peice of merchandise for a youtube video they were showing each other on the phone, it made me upset. Yes the prices are a bit high but remember this is the only adult shop in this area and it needs to stay afloat somehow. But I will NOT support my local Starship if the employees act like they dont want my buisness.

Bought a Grav labs piece here. When I got home, the label looked crooked. I checked with Grav Labs and Starship is not an authorized retailer for them. They are clearly selling fake/counterfeit products.
