Wonderful customer service, helpful, nice selection. Makes me excited for my first pregnancy.
Great selection from casual / comfy to church/ businesses. I spent $200 and got 2 shorts, jean capris, a nice dress, a swim suit top, and 5-6 tops. I feel so much more attractive in all the nice maternity clothes I now have. I’ll be back next pay period :-) the service was helpful and polite as well.
I bought a nursing top from them that was pretty, comfy, and fit well, but the first time I wore it I noticed there was a seam coming undone. Upon further review, IMO, its a poorly designed piece of clothing with a defect that I wont be able to wear (unless I find someone to fix the seam) because of the poor construction. Its pretty disappointing because I like the shirt a lot. However, since I wore it for about 3 hours, and since its a nursing top, of course it was stained, so I couldnt return or exchange it. Unfortunately, their company policy is such that store employees have NO decision-making power when it comes to dissatisfied customers. There was no offer of a small store credit, or small coupon for future purchases, or even a verbal Im sorry youre not happy. How can I help make this right?. Instead, the saleswoman was a little defensive and just kept repeating, I cant take this back. Its really one of the only places in town I know of that sells a variety of maternity/nursing clothing, but most of it is overpriced and cheaply made, so I would really encourage people to shop around at online vendors with better customer service policies. It is surprising to me that in this day and age, there are still stores that would rather haggle over a small issue than focus on keeping the customer happy. And the poor sales girl Im sure didnt have any idea what to do because the people higher up the chain have given her no options. I do not plan to shop there again, and do not recommend them.
To high of prices why would you want to spend almost 30-40 bucks on a shirt what says due in July. To high
