Each and every time I go to Fletcher Jones for service, I am just BLOWN AWAY at how they are able to manage everything so professionally. Hundreds of truly seasoned, long time, Mercedes-Benz techs and mechanics, working along side hundreds of eager, inspired younger people who are learning from the pros. Add to this that everyone is utterly polite and really goes out of their way to be helpful. The icing on the cake is the absolutely world class facility, where everything is spotless, your every need is attended to and the customer truly feels valued. I LOVE THIS PLACE!
Stephanie communicated well. The secret at FJ is to pay ahead of time online, and pick your car up on Saturday morning before 9. The dealership gets a lot of traffic, and with the lack of inventory due to COVID, people are fixing their cars rather than getting new ones. In the past it has taken 45 min to 1 hr to drop-off/pick-up my car. Saturday am was expeditious and not as frustrating.
I was not happy with the service dept since they made a mistake on my service. However, my experience with Gerald Corona was amazing.. his professionalism and customer service was phenomenal… he immediately made sure that the mistake was repaired ASAP. I truly appreciate his help through this process… I’m a little taken back that Fletcher services wasn’t as satisfying as before…
I mean wow, they blew me away with their customer service and overall quality! I recently moved to Huntington Beach so I’ve gotten my car serviced in Maryland (where I bought it), northern Virginia and Long Beach, and have had mediocre if not poor service at all those locations. Thankfully I saw Fletcher Jones in Newport and decided to try them out because they offered pick up and drop off services for my Mercedes and I am SO glad I did. It was the lightest lift on my part and every thing from start to finish was so smooth and efficient. The people were so nice that I interacted with from scheduling to car drop off and pick up. I will hands down go there and recommend them to anyone else I know in the area!
I have been a customer for more than 10 years and have had Leslie as my service advisor nearly the entire time. She is efficient, professional, knowledgeable and clearly explains any complicated issues. The service techs are always thorough. Rarely have I had any issue with the work performed and if I did they took care of it without issue. And most importantly my cars have lasted well into the hundreds of thousands of miles as a direct result of the FJ service department. Good work and good value.

I opted to wait for Express Service yesterday instead of getting a rental. I sat in their lounge and enjoyed coffee while I read a book. Service was completed in under two hours. Service Advisor Rob Draper is the best. He found me in the lounge to deliver my receipt. Car wash was exceptional!

He kept me updated throughout the whole repair process, kept me safe by recommending safety related maintenance, and at the end delivered my car perfectly clean as a cherry on top! First and foremost, I want to let you know that Mike Asher was great, and always has been so far. He has been our adviser for a 2019 GLA 250, and now we brought the 2019 GLC 350e to him.The two issues I have are as follows:1. I was not happy that my vehicle was in the shop for 4 days, even though I made the appointment in advance. I did not request a loaner car because I assumed it would not be there for more than 1 day, or two at the most2. When I was contacted by Mike to let me know the vehicle is ready, I asked if the courtesy car wash would be done when I come to pick it up, and he said yes. Unfortunately, I arrived there when Mike Asher was at lunch, so someone else helped me get the paperwork. AGAIN, I asked the person who helped me to make sure that the vehicle has been washed before they bring it out, and he assured me that it will be. Then, to my surprise, and much to my dismay the car was brought out UNWASHED. When they tried to give me the key to drive off, I pointed out to them that the vehicle was NOT washed and that I wont take possession of it until it is washed. They apologized of course, but that was inexcusable being that I brought it up TWICE, and still it was not done. I had to wait another 15 minutes or so just because they did not do their job
My service manager, Steven Kim, was great! I will continue to request him when I need service.
Fletcher Jones is the worst customer service and outdated selling tactics from 20 years ago. They may all be dressed up and hip looking when you pull in but no one cares pays attention to detail, my car was in for two weeks for a mechanical issue during that time my regular service advisor was on vacation. So I was assigned to another advisor who never initiated a phone call or told me what was wrong with my car. When I called he rarely called me back when I dropped my car off I asked that someone look at my car for a trade-in value as I was hopeful when my car was ready I could purchase another car… No one called again I initiated the call. I was told that I could pick out a car that I wanted then they would tell me the value of my car. What I want to purchase does not determine how much my car is worse in the real world their tactics are 25 years plus David and their service is awful they may be the biggest Mercedes dealership. But big isn’t always better! Find another dealer !!
We purchased 4 Mercedes cars at Fletcher Jones, and we have been using services at Fletcher Jones only for the past 20 years. We have always been very pleased with Fletcher Jones services so we only trust in them for anything that has to do with Mercedes. They are friendly, professional, and personable. We do not trust any other dealers so we only go to Fletcher Jones since we received excellent services for the past 20 years.
Malfunction notice came on the dash. Drove to dealership. Was able to get in without an appointment. Greeted immediately and within a few minutes, I was in with Mario, my service advisor. At the same, I was working with another associate on getting the loaner car. After a few minutes, I was out the door driving away in the loaner car. Mario let me know that he would contact me as soon as he knew the issue. Was contacted later that day that they identified the problem, however, the part was not available until Monday. On Monday, got the call and text from Mario that my car was ready. I texted back that I’d be there shortly. When I arrived to pick up my car, I quickly checked in with Mario to take care of the paper work. My car was waiting for me in the valet area. What a great overall experience from beginning to end.

The service was so easy and pleasant. I didnt have an appt and stopped in at 4:30 in the afternoon. Within 5 minutes I was in my loaner and on the road again. The same experience less than 24hrs later, repairs made to my wheel and new tire were completed, and I was out in record time. The service I have experienced was outstanding. They picked up my car from my apartment for the maintenance at around 8:30AM, then dropped it off at 12PM. Everything is on time as we scheduled. Heather was very helpful throughout the whole experience. Polite, friendly, clear, and patient. She communicated well. Luis who picked up and drop off my car was great too. He had his mask on, wore gloves, and kept social distance. I felt safe communicating with him. The car came back clean, smells good and runs perfectly. The service worth every penny I spend!
The customer service here is top notch. My service advisor has been Leslie Lorenson. She truly takes care of her clients and looks out for their best interests. The customer lounge is just above and beyond any other car dealer. The technicians who work on my car are skilled and knowledgeable.
Over the years I have purchased several vehicles from Fletcher Jones. I met my personal service advisor Toni Irvani during my first purchase. I have never had any issues with my cars (general maintenance), however Toni is the reason I am 4 trade-ins later...He makes all the difference why I keep coming back. When I was looking at new cars, I was choosing between 3 vehicles from 3 different brands, I felt were essentially equal to me, The final deciding factor for me was continuing to have Stephanie on my side.

The service rep was not a good communicator. It was difficult to get an update on the status as she did not leave a message or return our call. She face us sro g information when we returned to the dealer with our rental car because we had not herd from her. She relayed to us the suv would be ready the next day or the following Monday. Our service was Thursday. Since we had just turned in the rental car we had to get another one and we proceeded home on 405 N at 530PM.She called us 30 min later when were on the 405, and said the suv would be ready in about 30min. There was no immediate exit and it took us 30 min to get back to the dealer. She did not apologize for the inconvenience of wrong information. Also when we first pulled into the service area, we were overlooked and the men checking in clients W as lkedpast our vehicle and services the client behind us first and we waited an additional 20min to check in. I must say Rehellio was very good.

On July 02, 2021, I dropped off my 2021 GLS 450 for Service A and metal-knocking-on-metal noise from the front suspension.I received my car 5 hours later:Technician comments that they could not duplicate that loud noise. I was easily duplicated it the moment I drove off service center. I think they were rushing to go home for July 4th weekend and didnt do the multipoint inspection and tires pressure correction.They also listed that they correct my tires pressure, and yet they are 16 psi below the recommended pressure.Now I wonder if they really changed my oil or just reset the computer.
I appreciate the care and attention Stephanie in service, Denise in sales (including Nik) and Bradley in finance gave to help meet my needs and find the perfect vehicle. They all showed GREAT teamwork and coordination to make the entire experience very pleasant, professional and fun. It was also very reassuring to have Nik’s help in the educational inservice regarding all of the amazing features of my new Mercedes. I look forward to future visits to Fletcher Jones NB for all of my driving needs, and will especially enjoy the complimentary car washes and SB coffee!

Gerald Corona is now our Service Advisor and he was very helpful and nice. We had Ray Schroeder for many years and love him as an advisor but he took a different position. I am sure that Gerald will be a good fit for us.
My service advisor Chad did an amazing job of keeping me informed of the progress of my car repairs. My parts were back ordered and even if he didnt have a specific date he would text me (my preferred way to be contacted) to just let me know they hadnt forgotten me.

I made an appointment for a recall inspection of our seatbelts. I was greeting enthusiastically as always and everyone at FJ is trying to make sure that they can get me back on the road safely and quickly. The inspection took five minutes and I was on my way with a hot cup of coffee!

Love my new upgraded car! Got my second car here and just love all the new design in GLA 2021 and space I got compared to my old car. They have so much to choose from, from lease, pre-owned and purchase. It is hard to pick a good one home but we finally decide one that fits us after a test drive. Our salesman John did an excellent job helps us to go through the buying process, were definitely come back if I need another upgrade.

Excellent service! I took my car in because the sunroof wasnt working and Rob Draper was my service advisor. Rob went above and beyond to make sure that my sunroof got fixed in a timely manner and even got me a loaner which I loved driving in the meantime. Rob was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and professional. There is nothing I can say to express how grateful I am for his help during this tough time and I honestly wish more people in customer service were like him.
