Was in Oceanside couldnt find anything my wife wanted in stock. Found Newport Cruisers online and checked the in-stock option on the website. Found the exact bike she wanted. We drove from Oceanside to the store which is now located around back in a separate unit. When we arrived we discovered they had the bike but it wasnt assembled and was still in a box. The store was only 20 minutes from closing. Unfortunately I didnt get the gentlemans name but he was so helpful. When we wouldnt be able to return tomorrow he offered to assemble the bike for us now. The two guys stayed overtime to build the bike for my wife. We were placing the bike in the back of the truck and he even helped us secure it with his tie downs so the bike didnt get scratched. We couldnt be happier with the customer service. Will recommend Newport Cruisers to everyone.

Newport Cruisers was absolutely, amazingly helpful. I was in search of a hard to get bike for my daughters Christmas. Greg at Newport Cruisers was able to help me track down the bike and get a special order ASAP. He had great communication through the whole process and was always updating me. I had a great experience buying a bike there!! Greg was amazing and provided his time, insight and lots of choices. He had me test ride a half a dozen bikes to find the perfect fit. It turned out to be the Electra Townie Path 9D. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and even the technical guys came out to answer some questions. I am in my 60s and it was important to find the most comfortable ride for me. If you are in the market for a crusier style, give these guys a try ... you wont be disappointed!

Came in close to closing time (15 minutes till) and Caroline was extremely helpful outfitting my bike with some accessories. She also sold a fella a really nice cruiser and had the mechanic on hand to make small adjustments all while making us both feel taken care of. I was really impressed by her ability to sell the value of additional items I needed but hadnt thought about all with a quick wit and fun demeanor. Really nice being able to support my local bike shop and receiving awesome service in the process.

Went into this bike shop today and the lady was on a (sounded to me a personal call) and didn’t acknowledge us. Walked around a bit and another family walked in (caucasian) and she quickly hung Up and asked if they needed help. Never acknowledged myself or my husband! So I told my husband let’s go someplace else. Whether you are having troubles a long day or just trying to get back to your “norm”. That should not be our fault, you should pride your customers with same respect and dignity no matter there race! After reading your reply’s to people that have a bad review towards your business. Your reply’s are very rude.

Just went in and store employee was on the phone and never even attended to us shoppers, but 2 men and young girls come into the store and things changed. Lady got off the phone to help them caucasians but not us hispanics. We just walked out, we’ll go buy bikes elsewhere.

Awesome guys! I went to every bike shop in Newport asking for a simple favor.. a spray of oil for my wheels and nobody helped me. Thankfully cruisers is around and willing to help a local for nothing in return.

Our garage door was repaired by the technician quickly and very well. Now our garage door is in good condition. I highly recommend this company and their amazing services!

$5 an hour for bike rentals. The experience was super quick & super easy! The bike trail to the end of Balboa was about 3 miles one way.The only hard part was finding street parking, we parked in a lot by the Pavilions Market & walked over.Highly recommend!

Everybody is super cool. Repair guys attached my new gear and helped me straighten things out after a spill. The shop had tons of accessories and Caroline is always so helpful...

Whoever answered the phone today was so rude that I didnt even bother to go in for the bike I was interested in. They sounded extremely annoyed and I-could-care-less with their attitude. I called all excited only to be left disappointed. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because I have heard their bikes are good quality.

Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. $5 an hour for beach cruisers and conveniently located by the beach. They spent time to adjust the seat for us and make sure the bike was in working order. Bikes came with baskets and locks. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to get a bike and accessories, everyone that works there is so nice, knowledgeable, and polite. I got a beach cruiser there for 250 and a lock which they put on my bike and set the combo for me. Then when my bike started to have problems they fixed it on the spot with no charge. To bad I can only give them 5 stars because they deserve 10.

Great repair shop..got a new pedal, greased chain/gears, air in both tires, fixed my handlebar grips all for $5.Cant recommend this place enough.

Exceptionally great service!

Extremely rude, I have been multiple times and each one with attitude from the older man at the front desk. The other day while skating by I heard a lady and a young kid which works there fighting (who fights with a costumer). UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

They helped me out with a rear rim for my gas powered bike and they were friendly about it
