Bristol Farms is always above and beyond any other grocery store!The same goes for their employees!Edwin and Frank that work in the deli are the best. Edwin knows how to cut the Iberian Serrano ham and the Italian prosciutto perfect!Thank you for your variety of great products and for amazing customer service!

Very quiet. Just about 5 customers in the store but there were like 15 employees around on the floor. I hope they make money. Grocery profit margin is not that great.

Phenomenal attention to detail on showcasing products. Store has a heightened sense of focus on providing fresh top shelf products to its consumers. Produce was so well organized I almost ate a raw potato off the shelf they looked so good!! Very clean and professional shopping environment. Team demonstrates excellent customer service! Best Meat department in Newport - Top Quality !Best Grocery Sushi in Newport !Spicy Tuna rolls and the Aloha Poke excellent.The Cookie - is always recommended.Beef brisket sandwich in the hot food section was incredible !!! OMG We would give it 10 stars if we could.Also love their Mexican Lasagna.Only knock is that they only have 1 private men’s restroom. So when you gotta go and it’s full - That sucks. Especially after 15 min wait and an employee walks out ?? They should have separate employee RR.

Friendly staff! Stopped in for a deli sandwich, tri tip, it was very good. The sandwich was enough to share. It comes with a side salad and a pickle. We just grabbed a bag of chips to share as well and a couple of drinks and it was a perfect lunch. The highlight was definitely the personnel at the deli and checkout at Bristol Farms.

This nearby grocery shop has all the things that I need. And they also give great prices on any product. For my required and personal requirements, I will always buy here.

Premium grocery store that has everything under the sun. Some of the basic items were slightly higher in price compared to Trader Jones or Vons, but youre paying for the overall quality. Its quite an affluent area, so there are some interesting personalities that you may encounter while here. Also to note- they had an absolutely beautiful floral section - I was blown away by the multitude of colors and varieties available. 10 out of 10 will return to this store.

I haven’t even eaten the food but the customer service was so appalling it won’t matter how good the. Food is.We ordered a Christmas dinner to enjoy with friends. We are in California from out of town.When we arrived to pick up or ore ordered meal there was no one at the pick up counter and when someone arrived they were beyond rude. We waited a good 15 minutes for our order to arrive. I checked and we were missing some items. The woman blatantly said they ran out of the items we had pre ordered a week before hand. When I went to check out the clerk was literally on her cell phone having an argument with family. She acted like we had inconvenienced her by needing to check out.I would go anywhere but here to spend my money.

This is a really good Whole Foods with a great variety. Many gluten free options. A great place to go for lunch.

I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were fairly reasonable. The ready to eat food options looked phenomenal. The guy running the coffee bar was really friendly and helpful. I will warn you that The Cookie is ridiculously delicious and Im pretty sure it has some kind of siren pitching it, as once you look at it (did I mention they are fresh baked and kept warm in the display) you are slowly drawn to it and will find a desire to buy and eat it on the spot! If youve never been here, you should definitely check it out.

Something that seems to be as California as could be. An extreme attention to detail and merchandising. Amazing quality and selection. The staff is friendly and well informed. The experience is like Walt Disney level attention to detail with Steve Jobs level of execution.

Been shopping here for quite a few years. Always great service in the different departments. Over the past year or so it seems like I’ve seen quite a bit of turnover within the stores personal. To bad. The knowledge of the people in the meat and produce departments has dropped significantly. I mention these departments because that’s where I have the most interactions with the employees. Bristol Farms (Newport) needs to take a look at themselves and make the necessary adjustments. They need to keep one step above the large chain grocery stores.That’s why I and I think a lot of folks shop there. Customer service, knowledgeable employees and excellent products.

My only complaint is the cashier... she was very rude, and there was absolutely no greeting// when i reached over for my receipt i said Thanks, Have a good day! and she just stood there with a rude look on her face.

When only the best will do, time to go to Bristol Farms. Fantastic bakery and meat counter. Fresh flowers, cards and even a deli inside. When I need inspiration for any meal, I head to Bristol Farms and find something fun, unusual or new to serve.

I ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Bristol Farms this year. They didn’t have a good system and it was pretty chaotic, not to mention they didn’t call my number when my order was actually sitting in front of me. When I went to the meat department, staff was chatting and ignoring waiting customers. But I would say the worst part was probably the cashier. No greeting and said nothing during the whole check-out process. Looks like other people also have had bad experience with customer service here. This high-end grocery store can surely focus more on staff training. I wouldn’t bother to come back and shop here.

Literally the most rude cashier I have encountered in the 10 months that I have lived in Orange County. When I tried to hand her my reusable bag she would not reach up and take it. So i actually said, Ok, I guess not...and when I asked a question, she never spoke, not one word. Just stood there with a bad expression and stared at me. The customer in line behind me also decided to say If you could hurry up and stop taking so long...while I had the credit card inserted and was waiting for it to process. Wow. Just wow. This was my first time ever in Bristol Farms, and will presumably be my last. If I am coming to a specialty market, paying top dollar prices, I do not expect such nasty people working there. Really disappointing. If you want to deal with rude shoppers and rude staff...this is your place.

Interesting SOCAL high end grocery store. Good salad bar. Excellent sushi. Good bakery. Prices are no bargain but the quality is very good.

You have to come here just to admire the neatly stacked fruit section. It is art in itself. The cheese selection is wonderful. The people that woro there are super friendly.

This market provides a higher cut of meats, cheeses and deli. You pay for the quality. Cheese selection is extensive. Great service. Deli has outdoor seating. You can sit there and watch the exotic sports cars cruise by which are common for the area.

The food is excellent.... absolutely excellent....Kohl as a server was phenomenal.....And being the only Black man in Bristol farms... I still felt like a worm on a hook.... M A.G.A.

I mostly go here for lunch. The by the pound buffet always has a few things i really like. They do veggies really well. Dont forget the asian choices away from tne main islands. The by the pound poke is also great but pricey.

Its a bit out of my norm to review a grocery store/market about food, but oddly enough we found ourselves dining here. Soup and salad bars are becoming more prevalent inside markets, but some higher end stores are taking it a bit further with hot bars and made to order gourmet counters. This review is strictly about the readymade food not the overall market itself. I snagged some turkey, stuffing, asparagus, and a chicken tender. The wifey had a panini and broccoli cheddar soup. The turkey was above average, stuffing could use work and do without the cranberries, and the chicken tender was a hit. Panini is middle of the road and soup was excellent. Pricing is fair. What truly intrigued me was seeing groups of friends gathered here to casually dine and (probably legally) enjoy some wine in plastic cups.

Although expensive, Bristol Farms is a well-known gourmet store that offers an amazing array of products. Their food bar and in-house restaurant serve a large variety of choices. Especially delicious is their Poke Bar and sushi. Also a wonderful place to buy flowers and a great deal on orchids.

Courtesy Clerk rude today when I lost my reading glasses.i bought my reading glasses from that store.Cant replace them for another week, she did not care.Hot tea cups and Lids very cheap and have spilled my drink on me too many times. Cant pick up drink without lid cracking and spilling on me.Buy my drink elsewhere now.Shop at least 3-4 times weekly, will not go elsewhere.

Overpriced and very impressed with itself this is a grocery store for those who dont know (or care) what a coupon is. The steaks we bought were 2.5 times more expensive than Costco and not as good.

I am giving Bristol Farms 4 stars not because of any lack of quality, it is top notch, but because of the high cost. Yes I get that quality comes at a higher price, but I think Bristol Farms is a little over that.The take out area is a life saver for those nights I am dragging myself home after a long day.
