We went to your delightful café last week, and I was amazed by the help that they gave. The staff was exceptionally deferential and kind. They likewise verified that we had all that we required. Keep doing awesome!

The service itself is perfect, super nice & friendly which is what the stars are for. They also have plenty of lactose free options which is a plus. The coffee itself is my main problem. It doesn’t contain the rich taste of coffee that quality beans have. It’s like a little above the quality of Starbucks beans & below the quality of beans from a good coffee shop. I’ve tried this place twice both hot & iced and it just isn’t good.

So I walked in and got a friendly vibe of the coffee shop. I tried one and of their specials and thought that it was pretty good. But I wanted to try the other options that they have. The blended Java chip was good with actual chocolate bits blended in. Most places I have blend this to dust. With this place, I got the satisfaction of chewing chocolate bits. Would recommend to other people

Passing by as a tourist. The baristas didn’t seem super welcoming. The purchase experience was very underwhelming. The nitro cold brew was good though.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The workers were overall just plain out rude. It was 3 girls working and they were on their phones pretty much the whole time. Overall not a good experience and I will never be going back.

I came to Newport Coffee Co as a tourist looking for a good beach and coffee experience, and that was not the case. When I was standing at the counter the baristas looked at me and were on their phones completely ignoring me. While ordering my drink I informed them of my severe dairy allergy, and they didn’t make me feel safe whatsoever. Overall I left feeling disappointed and disrespected.

So lucky to live around the corner from this fantastic local coffee shop!!! Baristas are lovely and the drinks never disappoint! Highly recommend their honey lavender lattés (also keeping my fingers crossed this becomes a year-round menu item)!!

The barista was very kind and made my drinks extra hot since I was walking back to where Im staying. And the strawberry muffin is AMAZEBALLS! So good. Theyll be seeing my face for the next few mornings and I would definitely recommend. And theyre right near the beach....it doesnt get much better!

I visited this coffe shop for the first time, Wenesday afternoon. When I walked in the employee who helped me was talking to a customer that was sitting at a table. Neither of them had on masks, which is fine because neither did I. The employee put a mask on before she ask to help me which told me I needed a mask, even though the customer had no mask on. I thought fine maybe thats an everyday customer. I ordered my drink, employee askes if I need something else. I ordered a second drink, then ordered a food item. Then I let her know I also wanted a cookie, to which she replied, what. I thought wow, that was very rude but I did not say anything. I repeated, a chocolate chip cookie. She said okay and gave me the total. I hand her the money in her hand, she then placed my coin change on the counter then placed the bills on the counter. That was also extremely rude. I was picking up my coins from off the counter and she walks away to get my food items. Never once did she say thank you or even have a good day. Before I walked out she started talking to the customer who was seated asking her if she was leaving. Give her some customer service training please. I will not ever return.I gave 2 stars because the cookie was good.

The sort of place where baristas greet their customers by their first names. They have a large selection of typical American pastries, and delicious acai bowls to survive the heat.

My coffee was delicious, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Not only did my beverage look appealing to the eye so much so that I didn’t want to drink it LOL.… But it was delicious!!

The service wasnt the best. the worker there was kind of rude and when i asked about the different drinks she gave me attitude and did not answer the question whatsoever. when i got my drink it did not taste what i had ordered, it was watered-down and overflowed in the cup so i had to clean it up myself. i was not satisfied with this experience and probably will not come back.

Customer service was not great 😒 😑 we walked in at 8:30, they close at 9pm and the employee was not welcoming, she was rushing us to place our order. She didnt want to make the drip coffee because it was almost closing time. We ordered a latte and it tasted watered down. We took our drinks walked out unsatisfied. After a few minutes tasting our coffee we tried to go back in to see if we could get another shot of espresso and the employee locked the door as we were walking up and it was only 8:52pm. She closed the doors 8 minutes before closing. She said she couldnt help us. Never will go back.

Service is a little slow but that’s because they are taking their time to get things right. Great location for a coffee shop just wish that they had a little more space for seating inside or out. Otherwise would certainly go back without hesitation.

Newport Coffee Co. Is local and awesome. The coffee is classic, but the true amazing part is the location. So easy to grab an iced tea or latte on a walk.

Great coffee, great location. Fast friendly service, and they have gelato, if thats your thing, AND theyll even put the gelato IN you coffee, but only if you ask them to. Their t-shirts are really overpriced though. And they sell stumptown coffee beans but its also way expensive. So in conclusion, but their coffee or gelato, and nothing else.

Service was amazing! I forget our lovely baristas name but she was super sweet, talkative and real. Got myself some loose leaf tea and a muffin. Muffin was super yummy and moist and the Tea was piping hot and very good. The atmosphere was awesome as well, was able to make a great new friend while I enjoyed my tea. Over all cozy, friendly and yummy, will be coming back.

You guys make Starbucks look like an average coffee house. They charge twice as much as you for a large latte, and yours has twice the flavor as theirs has. By the way, your clerks ( women), are prettier, and nicer!

I work across the street full-time, and boy was this hot coffee just thing for a cold evening. The lady was super nice for my first visit, and my coffee tastes amazing! Did I also mention she made in the blink of an eye!? I will be back, thank you!

This is one of my favorite coffee spots. Great coffee, really nice atmosphere to sit and chat, and right on the beach. Id recommend getting their rewards app, Perka so you can get some free coffee after going there a couple of times. Their cold brews are SUPER strong, so if you need caffeine quick, get that.

Amazing stuff! Came across this place on a rainy Sunday and had the best cup of coffee in my life. Im a pretty big coffee drinker (at my worst - 5 cups a day) and this is just quality coffee on another level.

Went this afternoon and it was fairly busy, the coffee was great but the girl behind the bar was very rude, slamming our drinks down when she called them out and texting on her phone instead of making anyone’s order. It took about 20 minutes to get out 4 drinks in our order and she hadn’t finished the drinks from the people in front of us. She didn’t seem in a rush to work on our order either. Super disappointed because our hot lattes were awesome!

Absolutely love their cold brew gelato float! The perfect amount of bitter and sweet. However, its very expensive. Over $7 to be somewhat exact. Worth it every once in a while though.

Great Java, Excellent GelatoMy son and I visited the Newport Coffee Company on a visit to the beach. I sought up the shop while doing research online, and was not disappointed. I thoroughly enjoyed an iced latte on a hot afternoon, and I treated my son to some delicious gelato. The location is perfect right on the beach, with open air indoor and outdoor seating and chill atmosphere. I really enjoyed the experience, and would recommend to tourist and regular alike.

While they use Stumptown coffee beans here the quality of the espresso drinks are subpar. Maybe they dont know how you pull it properly but its been too harsh every time Ive given this place a shot.

Divine and luscious…DeliciousI mean go on with your bad-self, revolutionizing the way I eat Acai. Lord knows when I say extra granola, I MEAN extra granola. A half scoop wont suffice and if you feel the need to charge me extra, I got a savings account so please charge it to the game. But Newport Coffee Company, a name that gives no indication of the magical acai they have inside, really hooked it up.First-off they didn’t charge for extra granola, bless your hearts! Secondly, the acai to fruit ration was superb. Eat bite was generously accompanied by a delightful banana, juicy strawberry, or a frozen but surprising juicy blueberry, And to make a great situation more amazing, the masterful barista (cause let me remind you this is a Coffee Company) layered my extra granola. LIKE WHATTTTT! I asked for extra granola and by her good graces I had granola til the very last bite.5 stars automatically, take my money, I want more!

Stopped by while in the area for whale watching. Ordered a cappuccino and was impressed with the fresh quality. The staff was quick with the order and the shop offers alot beyond just hot and coffee coffee and speciality varieties including gelato and acai.If you are walking around the area Id recommend stopping in for a little caffeine kick.
