Linda provided superior customer service today at the Bose store. She is part of the reason why I continue to buy Bose products and ensures my loyalty to this American brand. I had a minor issue with my head phones plastic and she swapped them out no problem to another set. Very little fanfare. Direct and to the point. I know where Im buying my next set just like the last set and the set before!

You need to remember that Bose systems cost quite a bit of m, though there are some good ones that are quite affordable. Be prepared to wait in line, even if youre already talking to them when someone else walks in. That said, this is a clean, well-run store in a central location, though not one with its own parking.

This store and the staff are amazing. my QC30 were having small issues with the battery and the workmanship. I walked in and with 5 minutes, my headset was swapped out for a new one....under warranty. no hassles at all. THANKS TO WILLIAM FOR THE INITIAL SALE AND KATZY AND GERALD FOR THE REPLACEMENT. LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.

Everyone had told me that Bose made good speakers so I had to see it for myself. I really liked that you could test all the speaker configurations, and boy was I surprised. The rumors where true, these were the best speakers I have ever heard. Its incredible!.

I came to the store to replace my soundtrue cable which is 2.5 male to 3.5 male cord. Since this cable is veey hard almost impossible to find because most places only carry 3.5male to 3.5male cords i had to come to a bose store. Anyways i arrived 15minutes after they closed because i thought they were open later then they really were. The gentlemen working saw me at the door when i was checking my phone for store hours and asked if he could help me. I explained my dilemna and he explained the registers were already closed so id have to come the next day. I was bummed and walked over to a table near by so when the gentlemen walked up and handed me the cable I needed i was beyond ecstatic. He told me not to worry about the paymeng and that he would take care of it. I offered to pay and he reasured me telling me not to worry because of my products warrants. This gentlemen went above and beyond normal customer service. Sadly i didnt catch his name but i much appreciated his actions. Overall i would give them a 10 out of 5 rating if i could but i have to rate a 5 out of 5. I did want publicly thank this gentleman though for his kind gesture and give bose a great rating so others could expeience great customer service much like i did. Thank you bose employee and bose.
