In Arizona, we only have one Sprinkles Cupcakes. It is the only place we ever go to buy cupcakes because they are so amazing!! Weve been wanting to try a Sprinkles Ice Cream for a long time and we were finally able to during our vacation last summer! Sprinkles Ice Cream is absolutely amazing!! Adding ice cream to Sprinkles already incredible cupcakes was the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. I personally had, my favorite, the Triple Cinnamon cupcake with cookie dough ice cream. It was hands down the most delicious dessert I have ever had in my life!!! If you are ever in the area, I HIGHLY recommend that you visit Sprinkles Ice Cream and Cupcakes for an amazing dessert!!

You may think that you don’t need the ice cream and you can just get a cupcake next door. But, then you decide to try their seasonal creme brûlée ice cream and your life changes forever.Cupcake sundaes, red velvet sugar cones, root beer floats, Kids scoops... all of these things make Sprinkles Ice Cream a wonderful place to stop.The line may be out into the parking lot but that just gives you lots of time to think about what you want to order.

Very good! The captain crunch ice-cream was five star worthy, as was the staff. The cinnamon cupcake was about a four. I would definitely recommend going.

Between 2014-2018 I was going here almost 3 times a week. Service was great. Ice cream was excellent. My problem? They didn’t (and no longer even carry it) have chocolate chip ice cream everyday. The biggest problem? They make their whipped cream fresh daily and as soon as they ran out they wouldn’t make more. I don’t feel they really understand the clientele they are serving. At their price point “No” shouldn’t be in their vocabulary. Especially when someone comes in 3 times a week and it takes 5 minutes to make a new batch of whipped cream. Hopefully they bring chocolate chip back and learn “Yes” can be a much more powerful word than “No”.

Love this dessert, I recommend the mini sundae. 1 scoop and a mini cup cake. So yummy!

HORRIBLE SERVICE & BASIC CUPCAKES! Employee had a major attitude for no reason even though we had the space to have one for making us wait 20 minutes for an already made cookie that was supposed to be as simple as getting it from the back. Cookie was good but overall experience was some of the worst Ive experienced. Cupcakes were not good either. Too bad, Ive heard great things about LA location but this was no the case for Newport.

I used to be very excited going to this place, but now they dont carry butter pecan ice cream anymore. Most of their flavors are either too sweet or just plain sour. I wish they can being butter pecan back to this place.

Fantastic cupcakes for any occasion. Ive most recently ordered for baby showers and they are fantastic about creating a cute display and a great selection of custom flavors. The cupcakes are rich, moist and delicious and there are gluten free options too!

This ice cream is not all is it cracked up to be, especially for the price! While visiting the area found this very popular spot and were not impressed with the very sweet and unique tasting ice cream. The kids enjoyed it, probably because of sugar content.

Tasty flavors but over priced, but then again considering the location you should expect to be charged a bit more. Nice that they are open late. We were able to get served after a late movie.

The captain crunch ice cream was incredible and so was the red velvet ice cream. The only thing I was bummed about was that my cinnamon sugar cupcake in the sundae I got didn’t have frosting! I would go back just for that red velvet ice cream though, my goodness.

Ice cream was great, cup cakes even better.... so what to do? I got them together in a Sunday, with hot fudge.... So good I came back the next day for a repeat!

Friendly customer service, one time Carl and I went here and we knew it was almost closing time, we couldnt find parking; we went around and around and wasted time. He decided to just double park and stay in the car. I walk up to open the door and it was locked, their closed. But the cashier seen me, and opened the door anyway, served me with a smile. Really appreciated that and we definitely enjoyed our ice cream :)

Really good butter pecan ice cream!!! The waffle cone was the perfect crispness and flavor. The service was fast and very friendly.

Good, but from what Id heard, thought it would be better. Cupcake ice cream sandwich was not exceptional. Might give this place another chance when I get back to the area. Parking lot was very busy; filled with drivers who dont know how to park their monster SUVs in a space, and honk at you for being a pedestrian in the lot.

Ice cream was super especially combined with cupcake. The ingredients are the real deal. My wife and I were delighted. Our goal is to try every restaurant and dessert eatery in the area to compare and this one is high on our list of favorites!

This location is always unprepared to service their customers. The staff does not work as a team and management is always absent. The ice cream and the cupcakes are the only reasons to come here, however, even those are nothing to really write home about. I would suggest that management looks into why the place smells like a dirty gym locker rather than a ice cream and cupcake parlor. 🤔😝

Highly recommend the sundae: coconut cupcake with coconut fudge almond ice cream.

Typical flavors with a few unique ones, that need refinement. Even the usual flavors need help. Coffee was bland. Service was slow. And even if you do make your own cones, warm cones and ice cream do not mix well. Disappointing, overall, especially after passing up two other places on the way to try this one.

Ive tried the red velvet cone with salted caramel ice cream, it was a bit saltier than expected but I like it.. So,, if u are a big fan of salty things go for it 😋

It was ok because I was able to get a free cupcake for signing up to their program. The cupcakes were ok but I was excited for the pet friendly cupcakes they offered as well. My dog inhaled it so I assume it was good.

Honestly, anyone who describes food that is To Die For probably shouldnt be eating it :P. After eating a Sprinkles cupcake it kind of make sense to me now. The best part of a cake is the frosting, but sometimes you dont want to have to order an entire cake to get the same experience hence Cup-cake :).There really isnt anything special about cupcakes. Yes it comes in different colors and sizes, (thats what she said) but the only thing that makes one better than the other is the amount of sugar and butter. Apply different types of sugar and butter and everything taste better. The only thing that sets Sprinkles Cupcakes apart is the fact that all of you ladies are giving up on your diets for a few minutes to enjoy a taste of heaven.Dont expect many guys to go nuts over cupcakes, but if you have a sweet tooth give Sprinkles a try. Lucky for me it was free for a company event. Would I purchase a Sprinkle cupcake at about $4 each. Neh. Great for your a gift or special occassion. Just dont feed too many cupcakes to your girlfriend :P Feel free to sabatoga your enemies with cupcakes. Revenge can be so sweet :). Its like sex only Im having it- Fry

I tried the salted caramel & it was not THAT salty (that youd have to drink tons of water afterwards/ die from kind of saltiness) as other Yelpers were complaining about the extreme saltiness...Each person gets 2 samples to try when theres a long line (which is almost always because this place is so popular) -1I tried the butter pecan it was creamy & yummy but it didnt have as much pecans in it as I expected it would have for a scoop that costed that much.. Id give it 4 stars. =)I had the butter pecan with the dark chocolate cupcake, it was good when I was eating the middle of it but when eating at the top of the cupcake, the frosting on top made the whole thing a sugar overload for me. I felt like I was going to go into a sugar coma.I should have just asked for scoop only without the cupcake. =(So depending on the day that you come here, they have different flavors of ice cream & cupcakes available & which ever one that has a dot next to it on the menu then those are the ones that theyll be serving that day.Service was great here; they even had a girl going through the line giving out menus of different flavors to choose from & recommendations.FYI, try going when its off peak hours (NOT after work / weekends) or else the line will be out the door & around the corner (its also tiny inside); it can get crazy.To me, the flavors were good but I believe Gelato Paradiso still beats this place hands down due to its lower price point, the many more flavors that they have & also their taste is much richer, creamier & its also churned in house. =)If you havent tried this place, I recommend trying it just to see whats it like but to me after this one time; it was kinda over hyped.
