Ok, we purchased new furniture and paid to have removed! When the delivery was done they refused to remove old furniture!They, stated furniture had pet fur, etc! This was old furniture the reason to purchase furniture! Nowhere was it stated they wouldnt remove old furniture with pet hair!The is not the place to purchase furniture if youre wanting old furniture removed and you have pets!

We were looking for beds they had some good mattresses and box springs at very reasonable prices they charge $29 for delivery setup and to haul your old bed away the manager of the store was super nice totus to pick out a couple beds and trying out for about 5 minutes each so we did she was very helpful the other furniture there the dressers little in table things with drawers I thought very cheaply made I likedrawers with guides on them and not just the runner on the bottom like they had I would buy a bed from them no problem but them the other furniture the black dress shirts and things like that they had two drawers I would not buy

Buyer beware of this firm - Carolina Furniture Outlet. Ordered 2 cabinets last July. One came damaged, they ordered a replacement. It arrived and was a smaller version than what I ordered. Replacement cabinet 2 arrived, right size wrong door front, replacement cabinet 3 arrived in Dec more damaged than the first. I have taken off 3 days of work for delivery of these cabinets. Asked for a refund or discount and NOW they claim to not be able to find my paperwork. Finally resolved after I initiated call and they gave me a partial refund for the damaged cabinet
