Horrible experience while getting my vehicle appraised.They made me sit for an hour and when i went to see what’s the update, the guy in the service said its gonna take more than an hour (more than 2 hrs in total). His reason was “oh we need to take a look at tires and brakes”.No respect while talking and explaination. As if they didn’t care about customer.(Devin is a great guy but i would appreciate if they be upfront with time as for everyone time is really important)

Terribly slow. It took about 2.5 hours to do a state inspection while I asked them couple times, I am sure it will take much longer if I dont ask.Here is timeline, My appointment is 11:00, I arrived at 10:54am. Until 11:52am for about one hour, my car was parked at parking lot, you guys did absolutely nothing. I then walked outside for about 20 minutes, you guys called me around 12:12pm, I gave permission at 12:20pm or so, but until 12:55pm, until I asked again, you guys told me 5 more minutes, but until 1:13pm I got my car. Even after I gave permission, it took 50+ minutes to do a simple state inspection? That is what you called expedite process? I would give you guys -5 stars if I could.

Mr. Devin Sheldon is a salesman through and through. Went looking for a specific used car, a Honda Pilot. First, the internet price was $1275 less (still too much for that used POS) than what was on the windshield. The sale price and then the discounted price...nothing but a game. I was sold that the vehicle had a perfect car fax report. It had an extensive report that I was able to figure out the reason the vehicle was traded in...alignment problems. The dealership did a 4 wheel alignment service to it and I was still able to feel the problem when doing the test drive. Problem isnt fixed and that is why the original owner dumped it. He tried to sell me on another used vehicle in stock, of course different make and model and more $$$. I decided not to play the sales game and leave....But STILL, he had to check in with the manager to let him know why I was leaving. Seriously, I dont care for being told that you are doing everything for me, yet doing nothing at all, except not letting me leave despite saying bye. It was a stressful experience. I will not be back. Dont need another headache. FYI...$699 processing fee is a joke...I would never pay that much.*UPDATE- Thank you Catherine for doing your job and trying to mend relations. Unfortunately, the apology only holds but so much weight coming from someone that I had no dealings with during my visit. Yes, I did receive a generic e-mail from Mr. Sheldon that thanked me for my visit and to let him know if weve missed the mark on anything related to my search. I have no desire to give this issue any more of my time. I value.my time more than they do.

We bought an Odyssey from Devin Sheldon on Saturday, December 28th. We contacted him while we were leaving another dealership that didn’t have what we were looking for. He checked to make sure the vehicle was available, and even sent us a video of him in front of the van telling us about some of the features. We drove out from Chesapeake, hopeful that this was the van for us. Devin had the van waiting for us with a cute little sign with my name on it. Personal touches like this go a long way. He took us for a test drive, let our toddler play all over the van (while parked), and was very thorough addressing all of our questions and concerns. After agreeing to the price of our trade in and the new van, Devin even got on the phone with our insurance to add the new vehicle before we left. While cleaning out our old van, he took the new one to the gas station for a fill up, and drove it back to us with a lovely car bow on top. Even though we were buying a used vehicle, Devin treated us like we were walking off the lot with a $100,000 car. He even took pictures with us to post.
