I recently purchased a used F150 from this dealership. About a week after purchasing the truck, I opened the sunroof to find that it got stuck open. In order to get it closed, I dis-assembeled it and slid it to the closed position. In doing this, I found 4 or 5 pieces of broken plastic up in the tracks. I called my salesperson, Rick, and left a message asking if he could help. I explained that I understood that this was sold As Is but that this seemed like an extenuating circumstance to me given the extent of the damage to the sunroof. He called back and told me that he spoke to his manager, George, and George said that this would be covered if I paid a $100 deductible. I proceeded to make an appointment with service. When I came in, the service department told me that they didnt know what I was talking about but that sometimes sales does make this sort of exception and that I should talk to sales before we move forward with the service appointment. I went to speak to Rick and he denied saying that they would help and he said that he had no way of knowing if I had any coverage or not. He passed me off to the extended warranty salesperson who tried to sell me an extended warranty again. I was not about to give them the satisfaction of buying anything else from them so I left the sales floor and went back to the service department. The service people were very empathetic and professional. They explained what they could do to help me and what was likely to happen. I did not proceed with them because I dont currently have extra money to spend fixing a luxury feature on a vehicle that I just spent tens of thousands of dollars on. I had a survey request in my inbox from my sales experience. I filled this out in detail after this experience to give them the opportunity to respond. This was over a week ago and they have chosen not to respond. I am frankly disappointed in how they managed this. I have had very positive experiences with other Peiority dealerships in the past. I now look at the reviews only to find that this dealership appears to have a long history of dissatisfied customers. I know better for next time!

Rick Terry was the most unprofessional, rude bigot I’ve ever encountered in my life. His costumer service skills were complete appalling, and as a manager I would expect RICK TERRY to have a lot more class, and customer service skills than what was presented. He was very unwelcoming, and treated me as if I was not a customer. Soon as I walked in I was not greeted, he kept telling us to get up from our table to speak to him rather than him coming to us. I was APPROVED for my car loan and then after I stated to him that he should have better customer service skills as a manager he then stated “you don’t have to buy anything from us, you can leave” minutes later after that I was then denied for my loan after being approved, not only was I denied but he yelled it through the store while other customers were shopping disclosing MY PERSONAL information!!!! He lied, and told me that they negotiated prices then after I was APPROVED he told me they did not. He never greeted me, he never introduced himself, he was a very rude man. I felt discriminated against. DO NOT SHOP WITH HIM!!!

Waste of time. I inquired online about 1 very specific car. I received a phone call early the next morning about that car. I told the lady I only wanted to come in Ave discuss trade options if that car was available to test drive we set a noon appointment. I drove 30 minutes to this location for them to say the following statements:Does it have to be a charger?I have a real nice 300 right there. The car you were looking at is not at this location.Lets work up some numbers and I can see about getting that car here. Its being worked in a deal right now but it doesnt look like its going to go thru.I will never go recommend them. Im a sales person myself. Just be straight with me. Thats all I wanted on my Saturday.
