I just want to say they are amazing. My friend and I were in the field training today and she got into a really bad accident and got sent to the Hospital out in Richmond. I just got out of work hours later and needed something quick to bring, so I called this place. I mentioned I was 15 minutes out and if they could just make something up that had a theme of Get Well Soon. It was very last minute, and the lady on the phone was very helpful and didnt seemed bothered at all from the last minute request. I finally got there, they were still working on it and it came out amazing. *Sorry I dont have what it looked like before, was kinda in a hurry to get to the hospital, but this was what was left after she was done eating through it.I highly recommend this place, the fruit was actually sweet and delicious, the customer service was awesome and so was their flexibility. Thank you so much for the services you provided! It made my friend really happy to receive them despite how her day went.
I got so many wedding gifts from edible arrangements and all of the pieces were amazing! They were so yummy and delicious. I even got a gift for my mom once and their service was impeccable! They had all of the arrangements done on time and their amazing delivery service saved me so much time! The new management is AMAZING! They brought so much light to the place and they are great to work with! They always perform their 100% and deliver what the customer always wants!
Finished product was beautiful; HOWEVER, the customer service here is horrible. I placed a same day delivery order around 8 a.m. on 8/30. I called over 10 times to check the status of my order and they finally answered around 4 to say the delivery driver was on their way back and then my order will be delivered. Two and a half hours later that same delivery driver was STILL not back. Eventually, I had to pick up the order myself (otherwise, my mother would not have received her gift on her birthday), but I paid a $9.99 delivery fee that I want back!** Word of advice to potential customers: Go to the Hampton location!**
Ordered an arrangement last month for my husband. When I went to pick it up there was a little problem but staff quickly corrected it. My husband was very happy with this surprise gift! Great for special days and making someone smile.
I ordered from here for my anniversary. Needless to say, this place has amazingly high quality chocolate covered strawberries. Honestly, Id recommend any of their fruits, all of which tasted natural and sweet. I recommend edibles to everybody if you havent tried it!
If I could rate this experience a zero, I would! I only chose this location because it was near the recipients address. On the day of delivery, this store would not answer the phone, their voice mailbox was full, and they did not deliver until I left multiple messages on their FB page...which they kept deleting to hide from future customers. The product when finally delivered, did not resemble the quality nor presentation shown on the website. Future customers should definitely go elsewhere!!
They had no problem taking my money, however when it comes to delivering the arrangement I had to reschedule because they took so long. Very disappointed in there service I would never order from here again!

I should have listened to the comments! Ordered a week ago so that it would be ready for Valentines Day. I was supposed to do a curbside pick up. In the email confirmation it said, “your order is being worked on. You will receive an email when it’s ready”. I was hoping to pick up the order the day BEFORE Valentine’s Day. I never received an email letting me know It was ready for pick up. The day of V-day I track the order and it states, “ordered picked up”. NOW HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE!?! So, I called up to the store the moment they opened . A nice young lady picks up the phone and gathers all my information, and told me she was going to speak the the manager on the issue. Unfortunately, I was on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up. When I called back another lady answered. She wasn’t willing to help me and told me the manager wasn’t in. I called back several times after that to receive a refund. She directed to the website. I ended up calling the customer service number I found on google and received my refund. I’ll never order from this specific store again.
I go here for almost every occasion. It’s a unique way to express your love. They are always professional, friendly, proficient, and fast. I have no complaints!!!

Walked in. Stood around... heard male voice in the back “should I let them know we are here” then female voice said “no”. They don’t want our customer service... left! Don’t waste your time!!!
I received an arrangement for my birthday and it was delicious. I wasn’t at home so the driver, David called to confirm my address and to see if I would be there to receive it. He politely put it on my back deck and texted me to let me know is was done. In his text, he stated that the sender requested him to do a song and dance number for my bday. I asked to please do a selfie video of the number for all of us at the bar to enjoy and HE DID IT!! It was the best song/dance video number I could have asked for. All of us at the bar were just howling in laughter at all of his great dance moves and keroke singing he did!!!!. David went above/beyond in his attempt at customer service and I am forever grateful!It’s refreshing to find a young man these days to be so customer oriented and I couldn’t resist going back the next day to give him a tip! The last overcharged me then stated it was her system not her fault.I asked for a return theme she stated she would give meCookies. I said I did not want cookies the she said she give me extra. I called cooperate to see if price on store were different they informed meNo and called the store the lady lied and said I was charged extra for 10Because I modified the item!!!!! Worst Edible Arrangements store experience. Ordered early in am for same day delivery of chocolate covered strawberries. I asked if they were sure they could deliver same day, and she said most definitely. I called twice later on in the day asking if my order was still going to be delivered, she said yes both times. Well, I had to call a third time, now at 4pm (still NO strawberries delivered) and I asked again if my order was going to be delivered as promised today, and a male answered this time and says it doesn’t look like it! Seriously??!! It was a box of chocolate covered strawberries, not an enormous arrangement and I told them in the am I only live down the street but wanted to surprise my wife with the delivery. Well, that wish never got fulfilled because I had to go pick it up myself and it ruined the surprise! EPIC FAIL! I just experienced the same RUDE service from none other than JOHN! I had a free birthday fruit box and before I could even get my words out, he said “we can’t, we are extremely busyand whatever you want will have to wait until next week!” He was rude and when I provided the e-mail he simply stated no reward for you when my birthday is tomorrow and I had the e-mail in hand on my phone. This was the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. I was trying to order an arrangement for my daughters birthday. I had recently moved and I put the incorrect billing address on the order. After being notified, I called the store where JOHN was extremely rude. I asked him if I could give him another address, he said I had to read it from my credit card statement. I did not have my statement in fron of me at the time. After going back and forth, and being extremely frustrated, I told him to just cancel the order. Later I called back as the charge showed up on my statement. After a rude interchange, in which I told him he had horrible customer service, he hung on me! I will NEVER order from this store. Sun, Mar 1, 2020- I just observed this franchisee hand deliver his Costco fruit to the back of his store to an employee after he literally kicked a water bottle on the ground out of his way to add to the rest of the littered trash scattered there! He couldnt bother to pick it up along with the other trash? Doesnt inspire me to order any arrangements from them especially AS EXPENSIVE AS THEY ARE if thats their work ethic!
I called to place a delivery order for my mother. I spoke with John (didn’t get a last name), but his service over the phone was not a good experience for me. He had a snappy tone and I did not feel like he was there to help me. When I called back to cancel the order, he was happy to do that and quickly hung up. First time I experienced something like that with Edible.
I’ve tried multiple times to overlook the service at this location. They have no customer service, no products, and worse of all it’s always dirty when you walk in. Orders are always late being ready and almost walked out with half my order if I hadn’t of checked. I’ll drive to Hampton.

I would give ZERO STARS if possible. The fruit itself is lovely, but I paid FIFTEEN DOLLARS for delivery of a GET WELL gift. Because the recipient was at a doctors appointment when delivered, she HAD TO GO TO THE STORE AND PICK IT UP HERSELF because they would NOT re-deliver. I called to ask about it and was was nonchalantly told its their policy - not even its OUR policy. Take some ownership people! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

To be honest I never really fill out these reviews on line. I usually spread Good/Bad business by word-of-mouth. Unfortunately this is one of those times that I feel I need to share. My encounter with this edible arrangement store was Very unprofessional and filled with prejudice!! Again I am all for supporting local businesses but this will not be one of them! I suggest if you want an edible arrangement work with the Hampton office because they are extremely helpful and considerate of their customers!

I called days in advanced to inquire when was the last possible day to place an order. Spoke with a young lady who told me that Friday before 5 pm was the last possible day for a Saturday pick up. I would highly recommend this Edible Arrangements! After placing an order with another store and the order going unfulfilled, the owner for the Oyster Point store very quickly sprang into action. He bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service and successfully filled the order on virtually no notice. Hes won my business for good, will not use another store now! Went in today to pick up my birthday reward with denbigh traffic and entered 2 minutes before 6 my phone died and all. And John who also was no where to be found since I had to yell Hello Hello Hello until he came out at Six just to say hes closed this is the most disappointing thing ever. KIMBERLY HELLMANNThis by far is the best Edible Arrangements store Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. Today was my daughters birthday and I needed something fast and convenient. When my local store failed to meet these expectations I stumbled across a gem named John at the Newport News Store #483. He was very polite and sympathetic to my situation, it being last minute as it was. He gave me options and offers to choose from so I could get the most for my money and make my daughter and granddaughters pleased. Well thats exactly what happened, before I knew it I was receiving a thank you and a picture of my happy family with their yummy bouquet of dipped fruit and 3 large balloons! I dont know how he got it there so fast but it worked out perfectly. Thank you John for taking what was a stressful, anxious morning and turning it into a happy afternoon! I highly recommend this store and will go out of my way to order here from now on, thanks again John!!!! 😊

The Worst customer service experience I’ve had with edible arrangements was from the Newport News location.I placed an order to surprise my fiancé. The owner, John, got on the phone and said they would call the recipient prior to dropping the order off because it was 30 miles away. I asked if he could call me or her mother instead of calling her because I wanted it to be a surprise. In the mist of my statement, John decides to interrupt and start talking over me.When I asked John if he had to be rude and asked if he talked to his over customers that way, John decides to tell me that I act like I don’t understand the policy. John tells me he’s going to cancel my order, then hung up on me.Now, I’ve never been the type to call out of character, but if I was closer, I would have went to the location to find out from John, what makes him think that he can talk to customers any type of way.Edible Arrangements is a great business and I won’t let this bad experience stop me from continuing to do business with them, but I just would never go through the Newport News location to receive it.And to the owner John,Prayer works. Worst experience ever. Had to give a star, wish I didnt have to. I was getting good customer service as I was trying to get a bday gift for my mom, but this Male came from the back to help an old lady who came in behind me, he then took over helping me by sending the lady that was helping me to the back. I spoke with the manager to help a friend with a order that was unsuccessfully delivered to try and see how we could make sure a $70 paid for order wouldn’t go to waste. That is why customer service and communication is a thing. You dont just shut it down because of a lack of management and efficiency. Nor do you punish the consumer for your staff being overwhelmed. I ordered 12 mix fruits for my wife and she had a coupon for her birthday of another mix fruits and when I got there after driving 20mins they did not have the free box so I had to wait 20 more minutes for them to get it together and when I got home they only gave strawberries and not mix fruits. When I called the manager he told me that they did not have to give me any mix fruits even though the promotion said mix fruits, that they only have to give me whatever was available even though I waiting 20 mins for them to get my completed order ready. Will not recommend this place. Will never buy from this company again.
This shop is great. I sent an order today, and not only were they able to accommodate my time request which was really great, but they even called to verify who I was for my card since I made the bone head mistake of misspelling my billing address on my phone ( thanks autocorrect ). I spoke with Laurie who was really kind and gracious about it. All around a great experience and Im sure they will have more business from me in the future.

I’m on my way home home from out town not there to receive the arrangement. These fools left the card that they stopped by and left my edible arrangement with the neighbor. First of all I don’t know any of my neighbors at all. Second of all idk if these people are clean, dirty, left it out, or what. Then I call the delivery driver two times he never answered. So the third time he put his manager on the phone and he was very unprofessional and rude. Mind you this is my mother’s day gift. He told me if it’s a problem he can have his driver come pick it back up and that it’s their policy to leave it if they person not home
