Would highly recommend Panda Kitchen & Bath.We had our kitchen remodeled and finished in Feb.2018.Professional experience when we first walked in the door until the job was finished. Our designer Crystal was the BEST. She helped us design our dream kitchen....she was VERY patient with us as we changed our mind a few times and give us great suggestions. We went to their warehouse in Norfolk to pick out OUR granite counter tops. The owner Cynthia kept us updated when our cabinets was coming in. Cynthia also stopped by to check on the installer which did a amazing job. After the kitchen was finished Cynthia came to put the final seal on the granite counter tops. (see picture)I cant thank them enough for the Professional and Timely matter Panda Kitchen & Bath provided us.

Spoke with Nancy several weeks ago and had an in-home consultation done about a week and a half later however no one ever got back in touch with me although I called several times asking for the pricing and how much it would be for the cabinets to be put in. I was called two days ago and asked for my email address. I never received anything. Although Nancy was very nice I go the feeling they really didn’t want my business.

I got quotes and met with SEVEN different companies and this is the only one that knew the products they sell, and was able to get a custom look without spending $50,000.00. They are the only company that was willing to put in what I wanted, and not what everyone else is getting which was generic cabinets with outdated granites from the 2008 era.Great staff, Cindy and Susan were great to work with, very detail oriented and responsive. This company has integrity, one of the sinks broke and they replaced it the next day. The quotes and invoices are clear and everything is in writting, in this market sadly many contractors give customers a quote but do not provide details as to what will be done with sufficient detail, and then want to do change orders for everything inflating the price. This company has no suprises, the price we agreed on was the total cost with zero over budget items. If you are not from this area or military please be careful what contractors you use, as some of them wil try to take advantage of you. Panda is a company that you can actually trust. Pictures show their work and quality and its not even done. Panda did the design, cabinets, counters, backsplash, marble, and hardware. The only comparable quote was from a company in Richmond and $25,000 more than Panda.

Panda did a brilliant job on my kitchen. The products they installed (kitchen cabinets and quartz countertop) are excellent. The pantry has pull out shelves, the bottom cabinetry is all drawers, there is a built in spice rack, garbage disposal, and adjustable shelves. The workmen worked nonstop, were very polite, and installed everything in record time. Panda was not the least expensive bid I got, but they were the most responsive in that they put together a custom package that was exactly what I asked for. None of the other (3) bids came close to providing what I wanted.

This is the third time we have used Panda in Newport News. We totally trust and are impressed with this company. From the start we used Crystal who planned out our new kitchen. She took detailed notes of all our must haves but just before our final review she told us of a couple options we could do to improve use in the cabinets. We opted for them all and are very pleased. Crystal is very professiona, organized and very detail oriented. She works hard to please. Cindy came to our home to measure. She is exceptional. She had to do extra measures because we live in a lodge type home with many odd walls to fit cabinets in to. She did great and returned to do a seal of counters and do an extensive inspection of all work done. She is a wonderful employee who you can trust. Finally I want to say the installers were great as well. Peter and his crew are respectful of your home and work so hard to complete your job as quickly as possible while keeping you happy. Peter asks if any concerns exist before he does things so you are pleased. He and his crew clean up after their install and walk you through their work before leaving. I highly recommend Panda and all their employees start to finish. We love our new dream kitchen! They are a great company that we wont hesitate to recommend and use again if needed.

Panda Kitchen&Bath sold us a granite kitchen countertop without any sort of sealing and without even telling us, although they knew exactly that it was supposed for a kitchen ! And most ridiculous afterwards : They are neither responding to emails, nor to voice messages on their business phone - they prefer to “hide” instead of handling the situation. How disappointing. Especially as the stone itself is beautiful.
