Purchased a 2011 Ford ranger.This was a non intimidating, no pressure environmentFelt like dealership years of experience was evident in every way possible.Price was very good with excellent perks.Vehicle was extensively inspected.shopped around at numerous dealerships and private parties and felt this was definitely my best choice.I will stay in touch with this dealership and will provide periodic reviews because most used vehicle dealerships I have delt with say everything you want to hear until you purchase vehicle and walk out door, will see.Update: 9/29/2020- truck is still awesome.

I originally gave this place a 5 star review as the truck I bought here seemed liked a good deal at first and the people there were nice... However, the vehicle I purchased from here is garbage. Numerous mechanical issues started surfacing very shortly after purchase. They actually told me not to worry about the check engine light that came on after I got it home! Vehicles have that light for a reason... If Virginia had a lemon law for used vehicles I could get out of mine, but now Im stuck with a money pit full of problems. Go to a dealership that actually gives their vehicles a proper inspection.

The owner i suppose (husky older woman with short blonde hair) is so rude. After we said no to the one she showed us she insulted our budget telling us we wont find what were looking for anywhere else which our budget was more than the asking price and we had straight cash and she still belittled us. She then said they do warrenties and for the truck we were looking at we asked what the warranty was and she says with an attitude,why would we put a warranty on that old of a truck? And it was an 03 for less than 5 grand. Well she just said all of their vehicles have a warranty.. Than in a snarky tone as we left and told her to have a nice day she said good luck. Lady needs an attitude adjustment or a new job. Uncalled for completely the way she treated us and i hope she reads this. You shouldnt put people down who have lower budgets. You are unprofessional.

Friendly and knowledgeable and have a good inventory. Always getting new vehicles in inventory.

Awesome place to buy your next truck,hassle free and honest people!!!Highly recommend! So after I wrote this about 3 weeks after I had this truck the check engine light came on,took it to get it looked at and the warranty I bought with the truck didnt cover the issue and ended up costing me a little over a 1000$ to get fixed,I called h&h and told them and didnt receive no help.Kinda sucks especially after having open heart surgery.Disapointed but lesson learned.

I am looking to buy a truck today I walked in and said I have a couple questions with trucks they have they told me they dont do anything in the rain and everything I want to know is on the windshield come back when I make my decision on what to buy
