Great place to get affordable appliances. Got a Speed Queen top loader washer and a Kenmore dryer and they work like a champ. Never had any issues, and the best part is, I did not have to pay Home Depot or Lowes prices. Appreciate their Recycle and Reuse business model, which is great for the environment. Also enjoy supporting local small businesses that provide jobs and economic growth to our local economy!!

Purchased a Samsung washer from here. Owners were pleasant and professional and even gave a demonstration for how the new washer worked. Fast delivery. This company stands by their products and their work. I highly recommend.

Went in this past Sunday to speak with the owner. Was told her had plenty of fridges to choose from for what I needed and even more at the warehouse. Have my info so he could send me pictures of what he had at the warehouse and was told that I would get a call the next day so we could see which one I wanted and to set up delivery. Never heard anything back so had the hubby called around 3pm. The wife tells my husband that they do not have any working fridges and he explained what we were told the previous day to which she could give no answer. I tried contacting the owner through Facebook again and was treated as we never spoke and that he was sold out. Not good communication. Would not recommend.

The Best used appliance store in Hampton roads. The owners are fabulous, the customer service is great and the technicians are wonderful. I give them a great big 👍.

Me and a friend brought a broken dryer. Called to get it fix, they brought the part but didn’t fix it just gave it to my friend to fix himself and they never came to even fix my dryer had to take it back to the store because the man never came out. I would never buy anything from here again. Better off actually going to a company. At least they will come out to fix there own product or not sell a messed up product in the first place

The worst experience. Scheduled delivery time 11-12p. Called them at 11:50 to see if there was a problem. Was told they would check and call back. Didnt hear back. Called again at 1p, was told the delivery drivers got a flat tire, would call when on their way. Final call to them at 5:30pm!!!! Was told they are on the way. And finally got it at 6pm. Seriously?! Never ago.

The customer service in the store was great. We purchased a fridge, washer and dryer and a freezer. They were late delivering and once they got here they did not have the fridge. They were waiting for a part. So they were going to come back Friday. The washer was flashing a code. We told them just to fix it Friday when they brought the fridge. An hour after they were supposed to be out Friday we got a call saying they would be out Saturday because they had gotten stuck in traffic. Saturday they were late coming out and didnt/couldnt fix the washer so they were coming back Monday. We asked them just to replace it. Monday they were late and couldnt fix it. Tuesday they were supposed to be out at 130pm. They did not get here until 530pm.Things happen and that is understandable. My BIGGEST issue is that WE had to call THEM almost Everytime. I love small businesses and try to keep my business there and am more than willing to be understanding of traffic conditions and a job taking longer than expected. But just COMMUNICATE that.

I brought my mother in-law a washer. They delivered and set it up. The next day she tried to use the wash but it kept sparking and tripping her breaker. I called the number provided no answer so i showed face (went up there) the gentleman wrote down the info and stated he will come by tomorrow. Tomorrow was 3 days ago and still no call or nonshow. Poor business communication practices!!! I just want a refund now

Prompt, curteouous, knowledgeable, mannerly, exceptional customer service and prices that are unbeatable. The warranty is above average. Wont go anywhere EVER again. Youve got a lifetime customer 😉

Had multiple problems with appliances purchased here. Take forever to come fix it and then breaks again right after their 90 day warranty expires. Should’ve known better than to buy from here.

The most incompetent, unorganized and inconsiderate business I’ve dealt with in the HR area. They’re low prices aren’t worth their faulty appliances and stress inducing ways of conducting business. These people literally did not honor any of the 5!!!! Appointments made with them and NEVER even had the decency to call and say they weren’t coming!!! resulting in missed kids activities and rescheduling appointments for no reason!! I even let them know after the 3rd instance and Keith said he’d make it up to us - whatever that’s suppose to mean and then did the same no call no show 2 more times. Avoid at all costs and do better Best Stop Exchange!

Although some upfront mechanical issues with refrigerator and lack of response from business. owner eventually offered a refund . Glad we could make it right.

Horrible service. Waited and was beaten around the bush for a refrigerator I paid in full two weeks ago. Just to get a refund because it was not ready still and havent been looked at. Highly dont recommend them.

Worst place ever. They have been given me the runaround for days, saying they are sending someone out to install the part for my washer. This place is a rip-off. Had my washer 10 days and it broke. They ignore your calls and when they do answer they don’t know why no ones been out to fix the machine yet, like it’s a complete shock to them.

Got a washer and dryer in good condition for under 400 bucks. After the first load in the dryer, it started making dreadful noises and stopped working. Using the 90 day warranty, they sent a tech out in 2 days and now its as good as new. Thank you!

I am only giving 1 star due the fact that you have to in order to leave a review. I purchased a washer only to not have it delivered on the due date. When i called the owner had no idea who i was or what was going on, when i met with him personally 2 days before. I had to call several times only to be given the run around and told i would receive a call back. Then, my calls became ignored. i had to personally go in there to demand a refund. Extremely disappointed!

They are scammers! I got a w/d set and they’ve set a couple of appointments with me to come fix my washer because i have 90 day warranty and it hasnt even been 2 weeks. AND THEY’VE BEEN NO SHOWS TO EACH ONE!!!! Don’t do business with them.
