Overpriced and horrible management. Almost 600$ a month they have two different emergency # one for mantiance another manerger key word emergency numbers. Try to call them straight to voice mail and full mailboxes. I will definitely be getting out of this place. And letting the town know

DONT rent or buy from this park. I am in the middle of a court case with a owner from here because he asked me to leave and never returned my deposit. Note that he asked me to leave because all the repairs I asked him to make that he should have done before renting the place to me . At that he charged me double deposit . 1900$ . Told the office that there letting him rent an uninhabitable trailer and they said it’s between me and the owner . Don’t buy from here unless you want to deal with slumlords .Management is The WORST

I like living here. Its nice. Im from this area and I grew up in Tabb. I moved away after my kids finally grew up after we had settled back here after military life and I left for a while. I moved home after 20 years and I find this place to be nice and clean, charming. Sure it has its issues but not like a lot of places. There were a few things when I moved in but they were settled. The trailer are really nice and Im very peculiar about where and what I live in and I find Im very happy and feel at home.Although the assistant manager was amazing Brittany..she knew everything and everyone and helped with a smile and got it done for you but she was so good at her job she made the manager look bad..and she fired her. The manager has attitude and isnt very friendly, shes hard to work with and will promise you the moon and stars but will not make it happen. I did her job for many years with a large corporation out of Ashburn Virginia and I just feel she isnt capable of doing the job properly and isnt people friendly

Highly wouldnt recommend moving here, management is absolutely terrible. Managers only care about their pockets. Left the trashcan out an extra day? Well you better be expecting a $125 cleanup fee on your next months rent. If they can find a way to charge you best be assured they most definitely will.

I have a family member that lives here. There are a lot of kids that live here, lots of speed bumps! Some of the residents have visitors that do not respect the rules here. These park itself it great.

Avoid this mobile park like the plague. They raise the lot rent every year (it is currently 453 dollars a month). They also have extremely picky, inspections every year that can cost you extra money. They are now forcing tenants to remove all no trespassing signs, so you have no way to prevent trespassers from trespassing on your lot. I have had my home vandalized a number times over the years and the park management does nothing about it. I have lived here 18 years and it has got increasingly worse over the years. This is definitely the worst place I have ever live, and I will be moving soon.

Terrible, water has been off for 14 hours, and Im not having it

I dont like the way that the office do their residents. My truck almost got towed from my moms house. The vehicle was not completely on the tow bed. They made her pay 120 for towing fee even though it wasnt all the way. It should just have been a drop fee. The driver was completely unproffesional and rude. He just kept one ignoring me when I tried speaking to him and translate for my mom. All he kept sayin is I will take the vehicle if you dont give me the money now! There were neighbors outside watching everything. This does not look good. This only shows what kind of people they have working for them.
