Ive been here a couple times for new tires and each time I was able to get in quickly with the work being completed within a couple hours. Employees were easy to work with and the location has places to wander to while you wait.

Today I had the best experience at the Newport Pavilion location. I had a flat tire in my trunk and the place was packed. I wasn’t there more than 20 minutes, and was told there was a nail in the tire, which was repaired, and replaced on my car. Best of all, no charge. Everyone was professional and very polite. I had a nail in my tire i work in the downtown area I called and he said bring it over and they will check it out I also asked about the hazard warranty for your tires that my receipts say I decline. The other 2 stores never even asked me this gentleman actually went through the process and added to my tires even though my tires are already two weeks old great job

I went here to have all four tires replaced. As soon as I start driving it off the lot after new tires were put on it felt off. I stopped to check tire pressure. Every tire had a different pressure and not one of them matched the recommended pressure for my car.

Very honest my regular garage said I needed ball joints along with tires. So I shop for tire price and tire discounters did the best and also save me money on the ball joint finding out that I did not even need one.

It doesnt get any better than this. For Tire Discounters to offer free valet service was a big stress reliever for me. The thought of having to take my two little ones with me and expect them to be on good behavior for over an hour is a little too much. But tire discounters saved the day. The staff is wonderful and they have a new customer for life.

Tire Discounters were great. They were very helpful. I got the valet service which was amazing so I could continue working while I got my oil and brake fluid changed. Chuck was so kind and great personality to talk to. I appreciated it so much. When I thought my quote was different than the charge, the man was very kind and explained to me the charges and worked his best to get me to a cost closer to my quote.

I have always gotten good service for oil changes and tire replacement.

I went in for a tire repair after work. They got to me right away. The whole process only took about 25 minutes! And it was only 28 bucks! The guy went out, said he saw the nail, it should be an easy fix. And it was quick and painless!

I bought a set of new BFgoodrich comp 2 a/s tires last year from TD for over $800 and with less than 15,000 miles I noticed the rear tires had inner camber wear to the max. I understand having a lowered car will cause some camber wear but the camber kit and toe kit I had TD installed should have fixed it or at least minimized it. The only thing TD could do was an alignment and recommendation to get the vehicle alignment every 3 months by buying the 3 year alignment plan. I wish they would have done this in the first place because now I’ll have to buy new tires soon.I left disappointed.

Fantastic service! Ill be back! I was going to take a lengthy trip with my family and wanted to make sure my SUV was ready for the drive. There was a slight grinding noise that would happen when I drove and so I wanted to make sure it, as well as the breaks, tires, and fluids were checked.I called Tire Discounters (Newport, KY) and talked to a very kind/friendly lady that told me to bring my vehicle in that day and theyd check everything out for me. Just a couple of hours later they were finished. They inspected everything, topped of my fluids, and found that the noise was just a part that was loose -- which they tightened right up! I walked in to pick up my keys, was greeted by name and given my keys. No charge!I didnt pay anything today, but theyll have by business the next time I need car service!

Rome went above and beyond. Super friendly and yet professional. He even walked my keys up to my 4th floor apartment because he knew I was working on the phone.

I had just purchased an older Corolla and stopped in just to get an idea of what tires I might need in the near future. I was greeted by Ari and told him I was just window shopping, but he said lets just take a look plus he needed to get the correct size. He informed me that one tire was dry rotted and that the car only had one good tire, and it wasnt that great to begin with. He made two recommendations, and I went with the Michelins. He was able to get me in that day & there was even a $70 in store rebate! I feel much safer now, and the tires having greatly improved the noise and handling. He was friendly, kind and very patient even though he was training a new employee. I also liked that he adhered to all Covid protocols. Very happy with my purchase & the customer service I received at the Newport location.

I recently had four new Michelin tires installed on my wife’s 2017 Honda CRV, and had a fine experience until I got the car home and realized they put the wrong tires on the car. It was a similar, yet cheaper, set of Michelins – not what I had ordered and paid for.Tire Discounters did come and pick my car up and put the correct tires on three days later, however when my wife tried to drive the car to work the very next morning, the front driver side tire was completely flat. They had to come get the car again and fix what they claim was a faulty valve stem. Given these issues, I am not confident in the quality of the work that was performed and am worried that we will experience more issues in the coming days/weeks/months.While the staff was courteous and apologetic, there was no real effort made to want to earn my business in the future (and I’ll be needing new tires for two other vehicles in the next 12-18 months). With several options for tires located within a mile - Firestone, Bob Sumerel, Midas, etc.) I would recommend going elsewhere and avoiding the hassle. The difference in cost is really negligible at all of these locations, and if I am spending $1,000 on tires, I want to make sure the correct model of tires is properly installed.

Hit a pothole and punctured my tire. Called TD in Newport where I had my tires installed in January to see if they could get me in quick. They said come over any time. Got there at 12:15 and they got me inside within 5 minutes. They convinced me to take advantage of the Road Hazard option when I bought the four tires in January so I was covered! Took 30 minutes to put on the new tire and I was out the door. Really appreciate the men and women in the Newport location. I will continue to patronize this location as they are true professionals.

If you want to be over charged and talked down to like you’re an idiot for asking clarifying questions then this is the place for you! I highly recommend working with Chris. Here are some actual quotes from a heart warming conversation I will cherish forever, “This stuff ain’t free, hon”, “This has been a real pain in the butt”, “If you wanna take it somewhere else you can it’s been a real pain in the butt we don’t even wanna touch it.” He made sure to really emphasize that removing a tire was a real pain in the butt. While there were complications with removing the tire (stripped lug nuts, damaged studs, the wheel had to be cut off) they kept the car for four days and charged $350. All while maintaining that sparkling charm. Ari said at one point he could make the car a priority first thing in the morning, on what would be the fourth day, but then called back and said actually it could take 1-2 business days. No one at this location took any proper notes so there was always a different story when calling depending on who you spoke with. When we received our itemized bill there was basically no explanation on how they arrived at $350. Honestly, the worst part was the customer service. I have worked in customer service for many years and if I had talked to a customer the way I was spoken to I could have faced serious consequences. The long wait for the car and the price can be rationalized but there is no reason that I should be called “hon” on the phone in a pejorative way by a man in 2018. If a customer has questions it’s your job to educate them in a respectful manner. My family and friends and the BBB have all been made aware and I know several people who are refusing to do business with this location again because of this and similar experiences.

Stopped in at 6:40 on to see why my tire was going low. They had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. Very happy!

If you’re looking for good, honest service, DO NOT go here. We were out of town for a wedding and unluckily got a screw in our tire. We brought the car in, let them know we needed it patched, and we ran some errands in the surrounding shopping center. They told my husband it would take an hour. (Remember, we have a wedding this day, so we are trying to use our time wisely) An hour and a half later, they call to tell us “they can’t even patch it.” So they used an hour and a half of our time to do NOTHING. The lady had told my husband that there were only TWO customers ahead of us, which is why she estimated an hour for the job. When we came back in, I asked why it took that long to tell us they wouldn’t be able to patch it, and the VERY RUDE manager tried to say that they’re were SIX other appointments before us...so why were we told that there were only TWO customers ahead of us and it would only be an hour?! We ended up going to Bob Sumeral’s and upon sight he said I CAN PATCH IT. Better yet, they did it FOR FREE, just good old fashioned KINDNESS, something you will not find here! Tire Discounters doesn’t know about that, they just want the most money they can milk out of you! We will NOT EVER be a Tire Discounters customer again.

The level of customer care was outstatnding! What was expected to be a tire rotation ended up being more involved & the staff at Tire Discounters could not have been more attentive. I needed to take my 87 year old mother with me & my desire was to get out quickly and the staff delivered on great service - well done!

They were quick; I dropped my car off without an appointment on Saturday at 8:30 to get four tires and an oil change. I had to run back because I forgot the key for my locking lug nuts and they were still done by 10:30.Everyone I spoke to was friendly, they explained the tire options I had clearly, and it was pretty awesome experience.Thank you!

Had 4 new tires placed on Friday, very nice manager, Ari, and workers. Realized when i got home my hubcap was cracked and called them back on Saturday and they gave me no run around with replacing it. Just went back today and have the new one replaced for free. Very good customer service and will definitely go back!

I always take my care to Tire Discounters in Newport. They have been very professional and helpful. They keep their warranties and paid me back when I went on vacation last year and had a small problem with the installation of my steering pump. I recently brought my car in because of the same issue with my power steering. They replaced it again (still under warranty), took it for a test drive, and discovered other issues. I knew I had issues, but I didnt know why. They gave me an honest quote and fixed axle. When Ari called me to tell me the work was done, he said he discovered I needed another axle. He replaced that but didnt charge me as he decided to do it on his own. Im a too-often-customer because my van is older. I really like how everyone there really takes care of their customers, especially if they want us to return.

Had a truck that had a flat. Put a $200 dollar tire on it and sold it to a friend. They had new tires put on truck with the intent of keeping the one tire as a spare but were told that they would not give that tire back. 100% crooks!!! I may be done with tire discounters for good if this is not resolved. I have always used them for all my service needs. 😡

We chose to go to this tire discounters location because we had to drop my mother off for tests at St Elizabeth this past Saturday. It was an hour before they closed and we asked for a tire rotation and balance and to check all four tires due to vibration in the rear of my car. They were very nice and took us in, called us once finished told us all the tires looked good, and we walked over and paid. We noticed on the drive home that the vibration was worse and now moved to the front end. We disregarded, thinking we just needed to get new tires anyway.Today my muffler broke in half. Never had issues before taking it to TD.We took it to a (trusted) mechanic today only to find out that TD only rotated and never balanced our tires, the front driver side tire had a huge bulge on the inside - explains why the vibration is worse, and found out the muffler broke due to the lift at tire discounters putting pressure on it and cracking it, and the extra vibration from my bad tire (that they disregarded) was enough to make it crack the rest of the way in half...Thanks a lot guys. I drive our toddler around in this car. Hope you saved yourself a few minutes and got out of the shop on time.Not to mention we also were charged the full rotation and balance price.

I try to always give chances.. We have a fleet of vehicles and since TD is just down the road, we decided to take out vehicle there for maintenance. Once, it took them 2 days to put new tires in (we were told that later that same day it will be done), make matters worse, apparently it was not aligned since we only bought 2 tires (was not made aware of that fact). So I had to drop off the vehicle again for the alignment (another day lost).Second time, again it took them a whole day for an oil change. I dropped it off (based on my previous experience with them, they take forever to work) and told them I would very much like to get the vehicle back by 2pm (dropped off at 8:30 am) and was told it is no problem. Called at around 2:15 still not done. 3pm said they are wrapping up the vehicle. I think I gave them a chance already and is not good, unsure if I am willing to give them 3rd try. I guess if I waited it would be a better time frame for me. Customer service tho is good, they are always polite.Edit: 2 years later.....And we still use them! Lindsey is the best! She takes care of us all the time. There are times when it would take couple days before they get back to me but overall, so far for most part I am happy with their service.

Had an accident with The Beast this is what I call my 2012 Honda Accord, (due to the payments). Nationwide insurance had it repaired, which included the front tires. The company that repaired my car did not get a true front end alignment, so we had to go Tire Discounters in Newport, KY.We had no problem getting an appointment for the next day. The tech set car up on the racks, and before we realized it, we were on our way. Great Job!
