If you book with Dream Yacht Charter, expect the very worst in service, and prepare yourself for a week in hell on a boat that clearly is not properly maintainedRenting from Dream Yacht Charters was a disaster. We had paid for 2 rentals for a week by _wiring_ the full amount before the trip — big mistake.Upon arrival, only one boat was operational, and there was only one captain. We ended up having to find another boat, clean it ourselves, before embarking for the week.We did end up finding a captain for the second boat — who had no working knowledge of the boat, and who was unable to fix the many broken gas and electrical issues that transpired during the week:- No A/C in the boat- No clean water on the boat after day #2- Broken engine- Just to reiterate: NO A/CDream Yacht Charter was a nightmare to work with — calls during the week were dismissed, and days went by before we had to resort to hiring local handyman to fix the boat — one day before the week was overNo Thank you, Nightmare Yacht
By far worst yacht charter Company I have ever experienced. I had to call 7 times pre cruiseAnd got different info each time. I got caught up in Storm Isaias and hade to return toNewport to make sure there boat was ok and not even a call to see if all was well. The boats systems were old and not working properly. Contacted Erin to see if ICould be compensated since I lost 3 days due to storm and heavy seas afterwardsAnd was told to bad were not going to help you. REALLY THATS HOW YOU TREATPEOPLE AT DREAM OR SHOULD I SAY NIGHTMARE YACHT CHARTER. This is aVery unorganized company that subs to navtours another subpar company.I will continue to book my future charters with great companys like MORRINGSSUNSAIL,CONCH,TMM THAT TAKE CARE OF THER CUSTOMERS OR IN NEWPORTBAREBOAT SAILING CHARTERS. So to sum it up $ 4200.00 plus another $1500.00 from the marina in Newport all I got was a I cant helpYou.....Thank you NIGHTMARE YACHT CHARTER
