Installation and activation was reasonable. The sales rep/technician was exceptional. He explained everything and we feel safe in our new home.I was a bit surprised at how much all the extras were, but knowing we own the equipment now makes the investment worthwhile.

Ryan installed our system and was very informative. (We have not had a security system before) Service was prompt and the people at your office were very helpful in making sure our digital phone line would work for us. Were very happy and feel good about our decision to go with ADT.

Well let’s put it this way the CEO of this company and owner build the company all around there moto businesses don’t grow people do and how there all about personal improvement and what not well let’s just say I am a previous employee of the company and that is the farthest thing from there beliefs I was hired on drove myself all the way to Indianapolis cause the “bus” was broke down or there wasn’t enough people or what ever other reason there was yea the company seemed great at first but found it to be built around lies and false promises they asked about back ground which all was disclosed prior to hire and then after training telling friends and family about this great job to be pulled out of training (which was acceding expectations in) to be told they were withdrawing my offer due to my back ground you are Literally a number to the company. Now pay wise they say 55k-100k well in training reality hits 35k on a good year for your first couple of years yea huge difference.... now there direction and trainers are great corporate is we’re they need refocused and maybe say hey if you have changed your life around haven’t been in trouble for over ten years have a family and roof over your head well we will hire you just to let you go so they have higher numbers!!! Customers also you can get tons of free equipment if you just argue and ask to speak to hero’s always!!! As they will give you triple if not more than that just to get the deal done and that 99 dollars down yea can get it even lower as well but just argue and ask for more always remember there all 100% commission there l!!! More or less defenders is the middle man of ADT

I canceled just after the 1st day of installation and was told someone would call me back after 72 hours to makethe appointment for someone to pick up the equipment and yet i never got the phone call. I called and they wanted to put me on a list to be called back to set up the appointment and then when i pushed back they hung up on me. I quickly called back and the first person who answered set me up the appointment. I feel like i have been lied to throughout this horrible experience.

I work here. Lol I have been here for 2 years now..I have been reading the reviews.. We have to do a local back ground check and a federal one ..So yes if anything comes back thats QuestionableYOUR OUT!!They are not going to allow Someone with any questionable issues work in the security industry ..SOWith that said Not sure how that can be taken as negative .I dont know about anyone else but I dont want my home protected by criminals~As far as Equipment . lets address this .. We sincerely give you as much equipment as we can . Is it going to be enough to cover every home.. No! How could we know that 100% until the tech is in the home. We cant ..We go above and beyond to help families with any additional help that we can! DO the Math lets say we give you $1500 total just an example .. At 37.99 a month you would half to be with the company 3 and 1/2 years just for us to break even on the free equipment ! People are so untitled now days like i should get 4000 of equipment free and you only charge me 27.99 a month .. I dont think we would be in business very long doing this do you? I take a lot of pride in what i do and i sincerely try to help every person that comes across my line! So you decide do you want to talk to someone that your just a sale too ?
