Each of them was knowledgeable and understanding when indecision plagued us. They allowed us MULTIPLE take-homes with MANY samples, both carpeting and vinyl plank. After helping us make a decision without undue pressure, the expert installation by Ricardo and Jose, further added to our joy! Ricardo is an amazing craftsman.
