This place absolutely rocked my world. Are the styles more expensive than I typically go for? Yes. But they are by no means the most expensive in the area. The staff were super courteous and the whole shop was clean and orderly. The changing rooms were very nice (no threat of someone walking by and seeing you). They had a wide variety of items, definitely worth a browse!

Been coming here every year for 6 years, my wife swears by their stuff. We introduced two friends to it and they were happy with it as well. High quality material at decent prices.

Great Clothes from a UK company. Stylish and soft goods for the most part. Little pricey but worth it. Sizes run 1/2 size larger American than labeled which is a real bonus compared to other companies. All labeled Fat Face. I always purchase my wifes birthday and Christmas clothes and never yet been disappointed. Yeah!

First discovered this store in Scotland. Compare quality to high-end retailer, but price to mid-range shop. Excellent customer service, clothing and accessories with incredible attention to detail, and featuring hard-to-find cotton and leather. Were so fortunate to have them here in the states.

British-owned shop with attractive and comfortable clothing: cozy sweaters, casual buttoned shirts, cute slippers, a small jewelry selection, etc. Prices were comparable to something like Banana Republic, but more interesting items. Very friendly staff.

Something happened to the order we placed through the Newport store and we did not receive it. We called the store - spoke with Amanda who handled the problem- even though we had lost our receipt. We got what we ordered the very next morning at a discounted price and with a nice tote bag. Amanda took care of our customer problem quickly - professionaly - and politely - she is an example of what a great sales associate and customer service representative should be - hard to find these days.
