Every time I walk into this boutique I am not greeted. Employees are usually standing behind the register just talking talk to each other, and do not stop to greet customers. I had a friend come to Newport for a visit, we went shopping, and I took her to the Pink Pineapple. She bought something, and later decided to didnt like it. She tried to return the item(with a receipt) the next day, and was told she could only get a store credit. While this store may carry great clothing and accesories, that is all they will have to offer. I wouldnt expect a warm greeting or any kind of greeting for that matter if you chose to visit!

Store policies are out of date and not up to par with other retail stores. Items are not shown accurately on website. Would not recommend shopping here. Ubsurd return policy also!!!
