It was ok. Couldnt find any turkey sausage. Store was not crowded. Shelves decently stocked

Bought a grill in clearance. Asked the associate to measure it to make sure I could fit it inside my truck.. totally measured it wrong, which resulted in me having to take the grill apart to fit it. Thank god I had the tools to do so. 3/5 stars for the awesome deal. Thats it.

Actually a decent Walmart, most ones Ive been to are not so great. Also not mega huge so you dont get lost and can find all the items you need. I did notice that almost all the clothing in the womens sections was plus sized or extra large, not sure whats going on there? I searched all over too. Overall, pretty good store.

Why am I rating a Wal-mart?? Well, because the staff at this store was great. We had and early mornings need and they bent over backwards to help me find exactly what I needed for my trip. Small-town service... and I was pleasantly surprised!

Very uncharacteristic of Walmart. Dirty and cluttered store. Parking area was very dirty too.

This Walmart is a hit or miss. Mornings are the best time to go to dodge all the creeps and weirdos. But even then they never have the shelves stocked.

Its a very clean store just beware its not a super Walmart so if you need more than just basic groceries this is not the place. There is a Stop & Shop close for other groceries.

This is one of the smaller Walmart’s I have ever been to. We didn’t find everything we needed. Clean. Staff and consumers don’t wear face masks here. Not sure what their regulations here are. Machine check out was quick and hassle free.

Store was properly stocked . Staff was not that friendly. They should be thankful they have a job.

Take the tour. I was not to enthusiastic about going but our tour guide was filled with information that made our trip the highlight of our day long mini trip!

This is one of the cleanest Wal-Marts Ive ever been too. I wish they had more clothes however but it is a very neatly kept store. It is also easy to navigate.

Has pretty much 90% of what you commonly need at home, ranging from food to electronics. Typical Walmart inventory and prices, which is to say very good prices. This particular location has TONS of clearance items, from baby clothes to random electronics, video games, car parts, etc etc. Great way to kill some time and snag some good deals. Bring a reusable and save 5 cents! (Their paper bags cost 5 cents). Yes, they do passport photos, should be cheapest in the area at $7 for 2 photos.

Wal-Mart is the new club. One stop shop. From lollipops, gum drops, body wash, thots, and fine men.

Nice to see they have 2 or 3 cashiers on the auto checkouts. While lines at the 2 or 3 manned registers have 10+ people in line. Also, being as big of corporation as they are, youd think they could afford to pay people for the jobs they are doing. Not paying for the position to do it. Most places, especially Wal-Mart, are having workers do 4 or 5 jobs, without the extra pay. And only hiring cashiers for part time. I can tell when they dont like someone, or want to get rid of someone. There will always be a group of managers at the end of an aisle, standing around laughing and joking around. They will take turns going down the aisle, and criticizing their work performance. It absolutely disgusts me, so much, i will not shop without my earphones in. The things they say, the outrageous expectations, and speed, then its the workers fault for mistakes. Anything to make a dollar. I wish Bennys was still open, the store in Middletown? Everyone had smiles, and wanted to assist the customers. Bring back small businesses, and cut the big corporations down

So Im pretty sure I am not invisible, but my recent experience at this Walmart has left me with doubt. I got into line, the light was on, a woman was talking with the cashier, I have no idea about what. I put my bag of dog treats on the belt and wait. The cashier turns off his light in the middle of ringing this woman. He finishes, hands the receipt to the woman, walks away to the cig counter and gets on a phone, he never said one word to me. No I will be right back, no Im sorry, nothing!!! I waited about five minutes or so then left! The treats are probably still sitting there on the belt.

Very poor selection. It takes forever to get something back in stock. Also, the app will say it is available for pick up but when I go there it is not. It is horrible to find an item.

As always, Central Park is such a treat in Manhattan

Only 4 self checkouts and nowhere near enough open checkouts .

Pretty standard super Walmart.One thing to note is that there is no produce available at this location. It has most, but still limited groceries selection. You can still find milk & eggs, cereal, canned food, candy, etc.The electronics, home improvement, automotive, and outdoor sections are pretty well stocked.Gift cards can be hard to located depending on the season. If they are not prominent displayed near checkout, you can find some small displays right in the checkout lines, as well as behind the electronics section’s checkout (for certain gift cards like iTunes, Xbox, etc.)

This location is very crowded and disorganized.Also not very fond of all the water leaks in the building. There’s a bunch of buckets and napkins around the place and it isn’t a nice site to see.

It needs to be upgraded..tried to even get a position there they got my hopes up for nothing, interviewing was not good, mynown mother was falsely accused and fired for something they did, tried getting her back, people they hire are not so great..ive been to way better Walmart, im surprised because newport is nice area.

I only shop at this location when I visit family in the area. This store is generally clean and has a nice layout. However, I was surprised there was only 1-2 check-out clerks; other lanes were self-service.

Was only there to grab a few items, I get confused in larg stores easily but the staff there was really helpful

Horrible Walmart. Customer service is below average and the employees as the customers seem really ghetto. Not what you would expect in the infamous Newport Rhode Island.

Horrible service, I wish I could give zero stars. I went in to make a copy of a house key and no one was at the register. Went to a different section to ask for help and they told we to go wait. I waited 17 MINUTES. Was passed by MULTIPLE employees who either completely ignored me or when I ask for help was told “ someone will come help you”. The man who was actually in the section didn’t come out of the next room over for all that time even after being told that I was there. And when I asked for help or if the register was even open he just walked by me and said “ someone will come help you”. How is that acceptable customer service?! I’m definitely calling to complain about it

I dont know why or how but this is one of the best Walmarts Ive ever been to I live in Warwick and there are 2 Walmarts near me and Ill drive to Newport the prices are lower than the other ones

What an amazing time we had today on Cyber Monday, I ordered a tv online for $500 dollars went into the store to pick it up an hour later, but it wasn’t ready of course. And even though it’s right on the shelf we couldn’t just walk out with it because “reasons”.So we spoke to a nice lady named “Heather” she told us it might not be ready for a while because it’s Cyber Monday, which is understandable, and it might be easier to cancel the order and just walk out with it. So I went ahead and cancelled my pick-up order.A few moments passed and we had the same tv from my online order up at the register, but oh no this time it came to $700, well I sought out “Heather” again to see what had happened to the price, well it turns out that ordering it online somehow saved us $200 dollar.Now even though she was the one who had seen my order history and the price of the tv over by the pick-up counter before she walked me through how to cancel it, there was nothing more she could do besides talk down to me in a condescending tone and act like I was the one who had the audacity to expect the in-store prices to be the same as the online ones.Heather is the perfect Walmart employee, she’s miserable, mean, ugly, and unhelpful. But honestly there is no better place for her in society than at that dump of a Walmart in Newport. I hope she can continue to make just above the minimum wage and keep ruining people’s day cause I know I’ll never be back to that store again. Thanks so much “Heather”!

Called 20 times and was finally answered on the 20th call. Worker then proceeded to not help me with getting the new phone I was looking for. Do not recommend

This Walmart infuriates me most of the time with its lack of inventory... On top of not being a standard supercenter! Yesterday was no different, Im continually disappointed at how this store doesnt have some of the most basic things. Selections for most things are somewhat limited and the lines are always long. The only redeeming quality is that the employees are nice and helpful! Id avoid this Walmart if I could!!
