Ive done a lot of printing business here, but I would say within the last 10 yrs, they have changed. The last time I had copies done, I so carefully took my originals out of the fratmes, I trusted these people to leave the frames there, when I picked them up the next day, they were packed in cardboard, but when I got home which is less than 5 min away, the glass was broken in one of them. While I strongly believe it did not break on coming home w them, I believe it was broken at their shop and no one said anything to me. It left me with a negative feeling. Then when I called to get a one page document e check printed, they wanted 2.00 for taking their time to download it, never in my life. I have never been charged this before, which tells me that they have this attitude that they are so important its their time. I called former lazer quick, and they told they wouldnt consider charging handling time for a 1 page document. Pioneer printing used to be nice, but these days, they have some sort of entitlement attitude, and if youre not Christian, forget it.

This establishment was an absolute pleasure to visit. Not only did they meet all of my needs, they went even farther to re-size my images, give me samples and treat me with respect.I will absolutely come here again when I have printing needs and I will certainly recommend this business to others in the community.
