The one lesson Ive learned in my life, DONT ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I went to this establishment today I wanted to see for myself. The 2 woman that were there were extremely welcoming! I felt comfortable right away, I got a sense that I could trust them with my items. They were outgoing very social. I found it a pleasure to do business with them. Dont hesitate to stop there and see for yourself, you wont be sorry! I for one am going back.

I have gotten TV’S from here two times now that I’ve had issues and when I try to return the tv they tell me I cannot have my money back and you think I would have learnt from the first time they played me nope I tried to give them a second chance and they burnt me again all I can say is be very very Cautious and pay attention to everything when buying from them because they will not give your money back leaving you feeling ripped off and left with there store credit you can’t really do anything with seriously all I wanted was a tv for my kids to watch together other then that they are not so bad

Walking by their shop and saw some tools in the window... at first i didnt think much ... Its a pawn shop... but on the way back to my car I stopped in WHAT A DEAL!!!!Im going back!!!Helen was amazing! and very helpful.I WILL SEE YOU SOON!!!!!!!!!!!

Legit Garbage..... when someone comes in to sell their own items, the shop doesn’t even ask for basic information about technology and further essentials. Horrible and a waste of human breathe to walk in there.

Bought a nice ring for my wife over a month ago but it was missing a diamond since I bought and had to get it sized. Still never got it back. Each week its a different story with them. Absolute horrible customer service.

They threw my ring. In the dumpster !!! tried to find it no luck gave me some other pieces It hurts to lose a sentimental ring I brought in for repair Ive posted now because I seen a pink cancer symbol for mothers day a ring in memory of,,,,**** for a few bucks, Im getting emails discount Ill see once again how crooked these ppl are. I have been going in latley, it still caused me to be bitter with them. Maybe I can let it go,,,, I should of sued there company, I may do that still. after lie lie and cover up my head went crazy avoid assessments. public be aware it is a pawn shop not a swan on the lake it isnt what it appears😨😨

Worst experience ever! Worst customer service I have ever seen. I live near Fall River and all the Fall River pawn brokers there blow this place away. Again terrible customer service and barely any inventory.
