I have successfully been telling my family for years that I don’t know what they are saying and trying to encourage them to take turns talking my ear off. Then comes this wonderful place! Although my house has become louder than I like, I can hear nature again! My family thinks I picked up a new hobby, and I am enjoying my alone time once again, outdoors!!!

My wife Carole has been given excellent service and explanations. She had only a faint idea of hearing loss until the exam showed the extent of her gradual loss. I am very grateful because she spends most of her time isolated at home and didnt even hear the telephone. Now she has 2 Caption Call units thanks to Bill & Dales suggestion. They take care of my hearing needs and make it possible for me to wear my hearing aids for the whole day. I put them in when I get up and take them off when I go to bed. They make this possible by making sure the fit is right for me and that my aids are in perfect working order.

With my old hearing aids I would wear them if I felt like it, but with these new Miracle Ear aids, I wear them all day long, and notice immediately if I have not put them on.This is a business that is run the way a business is meant to be run. I just went in for a simple hearing test, witch they offerd for free which was really cool! i can see other places charging for that service. Very welcoming when i came in. Friendly, there customer service was perfect somthing you dont see anymore. I recommend if you have hearing problems to get ahold of them first.

Getting a hearing aid for the first time can be daunting, but Bill the Audiologist and his receptionist Natasha made this experience both informative and actually enjoyable. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs or wears earing aids. Update: Three years now since I first started going to see Bill in the Newport office. HIs lovely wife, Dale is now his receptionist and their care and professionalism is always a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this office in every aspect of when you think it is time to actually do something about your poor hearing. You wont regret it!
