Incredibly prompt response to an unanticipated empty propane tank. We’ve been customers for well over a decade, both residential and business. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

I have been a customer of Goodrich off an on for over 20 years, pretty much whenever I can control my fuel provider. They have amazing customer care and amazing drivers. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Have used this company for so many years I cant even remember not having them. Always extremely prompt and courteous service. They go above and beyond. Great competitive rates. Great people in the office and driver/delivery as well as service & maintenance. I would and have recommended them on many occasions.

We have been using them for many, many years and they are GREAT! Always right there when we need them. They are friendly from the office staff to the drivers and repairmen. I dont know that we would trust anyone else to be so reliable and affordable. We never heard the same accolades regarding other competitors. Goodrich Oil is the best!

Excellent customer service. Weve had some problems with our boiler after hours, and a tech always responded quickly. The ladies in the office are so nice. Cant say enough good things about Goodrich.

I went out of town and while I was gone ran out of oil, my fault not theirs. I called on the Dec. 27th to schedule a delivery and was told I had to wait until the Jan. 6th. Okay, that’s fine still not an issue. It became a big issue when on the 6th they called and told me they had a scheduling conflict and wouldn’t be in my area to delivery for another two weeks or more!! I said to the woman “ I guess I’ll have to call another company because my tank is empty” and she said “I guess so”. They lost my business for good, that is not how you treat customers.

Great service! Great people! We have been customers of Goodrich for 4 years and have nothing but good reports. They will often deliver to us the same day we call. We can always get ahold of them and they take care of their customers. They came to our house once on a cold night when our furnace was acting up. We can depend on them and that is important. Their prices are competitive, but even if they were higher than average, we would still use them.

Love having a local business that feels like a local business! Delivery drivers are friendly, and the ladies in the office make payments and scheduling easy. A+ in my book

They have good service.

One driver always gives us trouble comming down our driveway in the winter.. Then we needed some one to clean our furnace and they said they knocked on the door know one was home.... Helps if you knock on the right house...they said he moved on to the next job....seriously!!!

I cant give enough thanks to Goodrich oil in Newport for bringing me oil its been a nightmare finding someone they came right out the next day and filled me up . The driver Garret was fabulous and such a nice guy . I would highly recommend them to everyone

GOC, Inc installed all of the plumbing and hvac equipment in my new home a couple years ago, no easy task as my system is a hybrid geothermal system with backup. My utility room looks like the propulsion room on a nuclear submarine. Neat, professional, and up to standards. Their service since installation has been excellent as well.

When you call them, the office people sound annoyed you bothered them. I rarely hit the schedule of delivery and have to wait a week or 2. The price of Kerosene is awful! Cost almost $500 for 150 gallons.

It was an emergency and they were out right away

They have terrible customer service and no respect. They would rather let people freeze.
