The level and quality of service from these people is really fantastic. When I called with a tool problem I felt like their main concern was fixing my problem and making me happy. I shipped them the tool and it came back so fast I thought I had the address wrong and it was returned by the post office. Fast repair and no charge. Thats how you make a customer for life.

Very helpful and knowedgeable staff! I stopped by today to pick up some parts and they offered to look at my shrink gun. They gave it a thorough cleaning and tune up. Jim even worked through his lunch break to get me back on the road asap! You guys are great!
