Nice clean place. Only problem is my rent has been raised twice in the last 6 months. From 40 bucks to 48 in April and now 48 to 56 bucks starting in October. Thats a 40 percent increase. Will be moving out soon.

They are raising the prices on people that are in crisis with covid. They have no sense of loyalty to the customer i can pay it where others may be worse off than myself and therefore possibly lose their stuff. I will be moving my stuff out in the spring. So instead of possibly getting years of rent you get months..

The lady that helped me was very nice she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the unit I got she showed me two different ones so we could get the right one for me I would highly recommend them to even my family and friends

Extra Space Storage in Covington Ky most definitely have the best prices. Some people need to realize if you have cheaper prices youll get more customers and inturn gain more profits.. Just saying. 3 stars because they offer 50% first month.

Convenient location and easy access. However, for the fees you would expect climate control throughout.Automatic increase after a year. I recommend purging. Free yourself, donate what you dont need, and help someone else along the way.

DO NOT RENT HERE unless it is for a very short period. It is a scam! I currently rent a storage locker here and I am getting ready to leave because my rent has been increased three times in 14 months. I started out at $100/month in July of 2019. Today I am now paying $180/mo. Absolutely ridiculous.

Love this place. Left another storage faculty to come here. I needed something bigger and closer to home. That’s a plus enough for me but it’s more than that. Service was extremely good. The facility is very clean and the automatic sliding doors are a huge plus. The automatic gate to get into the premises is a genius move, due to the fact that it lifts up instead of slowly moving left to right. 24/7 access unlike other places. Location is key! It’s in a part of town that is secluded but easy to get to. I’d highly recommend.

This is a great, super clean place! When we cleaned out my mothers house 5 years ago, we put photos, letters, handmade blankets in the storage at About Space Newport. I came back to clean it out and everything is still in good shape, no bugs or even dust!

Mariah is awesome. The last time I was in her office she moved in two people at the same time and didnt miss a beat. Then she went upstairs with me to show me a few tricks on how to lock and unlock my box. If you have a need for this check them out.

They were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Very clean and well kept. Even the restroom they have available for the renters! (Im pregnant, so thats a HUGE plus for me lol) seems a little pricey to me, but this is also the first storage unit I have ever rented, so not sure either.

I have used this location (Newport) for several years!!! 24 hour access was essential, and a fantastic staff on site (Dan and Jared) are FANTASTIC! Will stay here as long as they are here.....I have made several referrals here....

Very clean and security is excellent. They will raise your rates every year although when you first sign up, they say they are the only company that wont. Sign a longer contract like I should have.
