Fantastic business, the best experience Ive ever had with an appliance repair outfit. They explained the options we had (refrigerator problems) well up front and let us make the decisions; the owner spent a lot of time researching our problem and even dealt with the home insurance place we dealt with at the time, really went above and beyond what I expected. They also service the Grinnell area and surrounding. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Even though I live outside their service area they provided me great insight on repair of our LG washing machine. Id recommend them to anyone in the Newton area.

Terrible - dont use them. Had them out twice to fix freezer and they could not get it fixed and then when I called them back the lady that scheduled the appointments said I was calling their repairman a liar which was absolutely not true. Dont use them
