Sadly, I have used them in the past for my fender benders. The repair areas have always come out flawless! In fact, I’m having some other touch-up’s done on my dime because the quality is so good, and it makes the untouched areas cry for face lift ;) The car comes back cleaner than when I dropped it off, yes they detail it too…Very organized and professionally run !

After someone hit our car, we took it into Newton Collision. I never write reviews but I was really impressed with them and wanted to! I called a few other places but didnt get a call back. I called Newton Collision and they were very prompt and got me set up to come in pretty quick. Because we were going through the other drivers insurance, there was a few extra things to do and Tom and Tammy were really helpful in keeping in contact with me and the insurance company about what was needed and how long it would be. They were very quick to respond to an email I sent inquiring how many days the vehicle would be in the shop for and got it fixed in less time than I was expecting. AND it looks great. If you need a car place, go here!

I had rear damage on my Volvo, including a busted taillight, scrapes on the bumper, and broken parking sensor. Tom and his team were able to order the parts quickly and have the job done in the exact time allotted, while keeping me updated via email of any updates to the estimate. In addition to fixing what was busted, they also cleaned the inside of the car (a welcome surprise as my two small kids destroy the backseat with snack crumbs!). I will definitely use them again.

Tom and his team did a wonderful job after I ripped off my front bumper, damaging many components associated with it. The car looks new again. Through the entire process there was great communication with me and the insurance company. They knew the insurance adjuster and all the coordination went smoothly. I will definitely use them again if needed, and give them my highest recommendation.

Tommy and Tammy provided me outstanding service after I damaged my control arm, suspension and wheel in a winter storm accident. They kept me posted on progress and had no issue working with my insurance adjuster. They made a stressful experience painless and smooth, and for that I am grateful!

I went to a few body shops for estimates on a damaged mirror on my car. The first two shops gave me a quote of almost $200. I decided to do one last stop here because they fixed my car before and did a great job.The employee took my car and looked at it and said let me try something. He came back with a solution and polish and rubbed the back of the mirror and within 30 seconds the mirror was brand new. So not only did he not try to scam me for an easy $200 bucks like the other places, but he fixed it and charged nothing.If you’re looking for an honest place, go here. I will only go here now if I need more work done.

I couldnt say enough good things about this shop! The work I received on my car was quality, fast, and everyone was so accommodating. I was able to bring my car in within a day of when my accident happened, they told me repairs would take 11 days and I picked up my car on day 11. They even called me to let me know that insurance was covering everything and my deductible had been waived - the communication was great! When I went to pick up my car I was able to leave my rental there and didnt even have to drop it off because they have a partnership with the Enterprise I rented from AND they had vacuumed my car. Really nice people and great work. I would not hesitate to recommend them or go here again.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. They gave a four day job estimate and it was done in two. They arranged with Enterprise to pick up and drop off,,,, adding to convenience. The car looks great and the staff was all terrific.

Professional and excellent service.My car was swiped through from the left on a highway, leaving a scratched mark all the way from rear to front and damaged the side mirror. Very polite & professional. They replaced the three scraped panels for my Mazda 3 after an incident with a concrete column in a parking garage.
