Great place and friendly staff. They was booked 1 1/2 weeks but I needed my alignment done after messing with a lift. They said if I dropped it off they will fit it in the next day. Got it back at 1:30 just in time for me to go to work. They know about lifted vehicles. Highly recommend if you put a lift on.

Had Side Pipes install a cat back exhaust system on my Charger recently. During the installation process, they removed the active exhaust system which is typical. With mine being a 2019 model it threw a code, which generally never happened in any other model. Even the Dodge dealership was surprised. Side Pipes completely took care of it and reinstalled the active exhaust system without question. I highly recommend this place, all the staff were friendly and professional. Ill always continue business in the future with them.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I took my truck there to have several things done to it. They did let me know what needed to be done an how much which was close to $2,000!!!Day I pulled my truck out I paid close to $400! For a battery that I did not ask for as I had a warranty on my old one. They had already replaced it and sent off my old battery before notifying me. So I had no choice by the to keep the new battery they also fixed my valve stem for 1 tire an did an oil change. For $400!!? Along with the 4% additive for just using a debit card.So I pulled my truck out an took it to a different garage one that I trust an know they are honest an up frontThey went threw my truck found what is actually wrong with it not all that made up stuff that side pipes said.They are charging me less then $800!! Side pipes was going to try an triple that! That is uncalled for. They just tried to take advantage of a women thinking I wouldnt know better. Not to mention side pipes was saying that my truck needed parts that arent even on my truck!! So they obviously had no clue what they were doing.Im never going back there an I wouldnt trust them either. Also for warn to all WOMEN who think about going there they will try to take advantage of you bc they assume you wont know what they are talking about.

I have taken my vehicles to Jeff at Side Pipes since they first opened. I have never had a single complaint. They are always friendly and courteous. They hire mechanics that are fully certified and know what they are doing. Their prices are more than fair and I always pay less than I expect. I recommend them to my friends who wind up going back and become regular customers. I dont have any hesitation to recommend them to anyone. Best of all, they are honest. Some mechanics that I have been to have over-charged me. Side Pipes will never do that—they are good Christian folks!

I have always had a positive experience with Sidepipes. They have worked on my 1998 BMW 328i several times. My car has over 300,000 miles on it and requires quite a bit of specialized maintenance. Jeff is knowledgeable and incredibly fair. The work they have done has never needed to be redone. Once Jeff fixes the issue, it stays fixed. Couple that with more than fair prices and timely turnaround, and Sidepipes has made me a customer for life.

Exhaust work on my truck it it fell off four times I went back four times then it fell off the fifth timeSo I just bough a welder and fixed it myself .When it was time to pick up my vehicle I asked for the Cadillac converter they went and got it handed to me and they had Taking the innards out which makes it no good they said it was not in there so I spoke to my in Spectre and he said that it would not have passed The inspection that it had the month before if it did not have the innards in it so all in all Sidepipes not only did bad work but they lied and stole from me

Jeff Lawing has worked on my truck several times. His shop has put a clutch in it, replaced rear wheel cylinders, and replaced brake pads. Ive got over 300,000 miles on my Ranger now and I attribute a lot of that to his expertise. Sidepipes is probably the most reputable shop I know and their prices are great.

Went to sidepipes twice first for a muffler and then to have the resonator taken off to make the truck louder. The owner Jeff was super helpful when explaining the different things he could do and he had the mufflers instock which was nice because other shops I called did not. Both times he was able to get me in and out very quickly and friendly!

Listen, you NEED to take your vehicle to Sidepipes. I have had trouble with my truck pulling to the left for years and have had an over abundance of alignments from other places and it never corrected the problem. The guys at sidepipes immediately saw something while it was in the parking lot before they even got it on the rack. They fixed it when no on else could. It drives better than it ever has! They have done other things now for my family friends and myself to save us money and do things right. They have my business from here on out. Thank you guys soooo much!!!

Quality work and quick service

Just as a concern person i would like to let the Public know that i took a set of control arms from a pontiac grand to have the new bushings pressed in Since their suppose to be a certified mechanic, In the process they bent the control arms By applying too much pressure to them. First of they told me they would charge 35 to do them and when i got down there it was 60.00. So now im out of the cost of the labor and the cost for the bushing That i bought Plus the cost of two new control arms witch is 115.00 and they will not atleast pay for half... So Im done with sidepipes, and i Will never deal with them again. Im just here to warned you guys,, your at your own risk if you take you car to them or deal with them. And im gonna share share share this post all over FB..... Too make sure The public knows what to expect...... DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
