What an incredible company. While we havent visited the store in Newton yet, we ordered gifts for our kids (3 & 1) and encountered a small problem with an item.The customer service team was outstanding! They thought our gift wouldnt make Christmas, but then got / found some additional stock, then went above and beyond to provide us expedited shipping so it would be here for Christmas!!!!!What a company!

Staff doesnt push needless items, but decifiers what I would like to achieve and suggest appropriate items. Cant get this type of service online.
