Awesome spot to watch the great Coffee War between Cafe Nero and Starbucks. There is outdoor seating between the coffee shops. People who sit here before they get coffee can feel the tension and confusion caused by these two coffee titans. Once enough people cant decide on where to get coffee in this location, a dimensional rift will form.George Howell Coffee has been waiting for this event to take place. If you think coffee tastes good after being digested by an elephant, wait till you try Howells coffee thats been through the bowels of time.

Decided to go to cafe Nero today instead of my usual Starbucks because I wanted something different and I like the product at cafe Nero better. Unfortunately the service was so slow that it made me late for work. While the product was good, they should have more people staffed during that hour of the AM and train their staff to have a greater sense of urgency when the line is out the door

NAUSEATING!!!! Time after time they continue to fail in service and attitude and speed. They have no system in place, whos who, whos job is what, just chaos, bazar, dysfunctional service which slows them down tremendously. Barf on the employees attitudes, every one of them, especially Arianna, snappy, rude, commanding to customers who pay her paycheck, and to customers who dont even ask for much. Shes simply untrainable, and clearly theyre afraid to even talk to her, never mind properly train her or even getting rid of her. She makes the whole place STINK. Screw the brand and this location. Save yourselves an Agitation.

Hello, I have been waiting for a long time for cafe nero to open because I really love italian cheese cake. On Saturday I went to buy it and they gave me not fresh and just threw it in a box. I went to Dedham, where they put me so beautifully and put jam on it and it was so delicious. I hope the service will be better.
