This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They were chosen to sponsor my daughters college soccer team by doing our team shirts with logos and such. They took SIX WEEKS to get our shirts completed and the girls are 4 games into their season before we were given our shirts, which happened to be just yesterday. I made 4 attempts to contact the company personally and went completely ignored on 2 of them, on one of them they told me theyd have a manager return my phone call which never happened and the last one I received an email back that said theyd pass my concerns along to the sales dept and if I didnt hear back from someone to let him know and hed see what he could do to help. Like I said, we finally received our shirts yesterday and the logo looks fine, however the shirts are CHEAP! The material is extremely thin, it might last one season, Ill definitely have to order another one next year and hopefully a different company is sponsoring our team so that we can get better quality shirts in a much timelier manner. For $40.15 for 2 shirts that they were sure to withdraw from my account immediately, I expected much better quality material in my shirts and to get them in the 2-3 week timeline that they quoted initially. They even went so far as to charge people an additional fee for separate mailing to personal addresses out of town, which is typical, however they forgot to mail them and included them in the campus drop off instead. Now those parents are waiting an additional time period to get their shirts since they now need to be mailed separately after the mistaken drop off instead of being mailed from Khaos personally. If you need logo work done for any reason, choose one of the other many companies in the Wichita and surrounding areas, trust me on this, save yourself the headache.10-11-17 - Addendum to my review: Ive had my shirt for approximately 3-4 weeks now and washed it a handful of times, as my daughter plays twice per week and I wear it to both games, and I already have a hole in my cheaply made, piece of junk shirt. This is just not ok. My wife does as well. I happened to snap a pic of mine since I have it on today to support her team at their game tonight, but Im flabbergasted that I have a hole in a shirt thats been washed less than 8 times. I have soccer shirts that I wore when my daughter played in high school that are still in the same condition they were 3, 4, and 5 years ago when she was playing and I wore them multiple times a week then, and still do. Again, if I didnt stress it enough before, DO NOT USE KHAOS FOR YOUR TEAM SHIRTS, THEIR SHIRTS ARE CHEAP AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!

My debate team ordered our shirts from this place, and they changed the color of the shirt without letting us know. Not to mention the lack of communication with our coach when they didnt show up for almost TWO WEEKS after they were supposed to get here.

Khaos has printed multiple orders for programs Im involved in, in our community, great work! Highly Recommend!

We have had problem after problem with this company. I just received my jersey and it was made for a small child. I normally wear an XS and I ordered a medium and it is too small. Not only did we pay $30 a shirt, but they are the cheapest shirts Ive ever seen. It looks like they went to Walmart and bought iron ons from the art section and ironed them on a kids jersey. I do not recommend this company. And the customer service was horrible.

Word to the wise.... take your business elsewhere! Our order has been late every time we’ve ordered from them, given them many chances to make up for their short fall & still they can’t seem to get it correct.Lesson learned!!!

Worst place to go. There horrible customer service to start. And they seem to have a lack of professionalism to there employees they hire as well. I’d stay clear of this place and run as far as you can from it!!!! I would contact them if it was the last place to go !
