I initially thought shopping for gym equipments during the pandemic is not going to be easy due to the lack of stock, long wait time, etc. But Eric from sales and James from delivery really made the whole process a lot easier and faster. Thanks to them, I now have enough equpiments at home for my workout. Greatly recommend this store!

The store is clean and the help is good but apparently Gym Source doesnt allow for phone calls to exact stores? I.E. I called multiple numbers trying to contact a store and they all route to a main line and you cant contact a specific store? I called 5 numbers and all routed to a main area and I was told stores dont have phones. Wild model

Bad experience. They were happy to take my $2,500, but it is 6 weeks later, my equipment delivery was canceled, and no one will call me back and explain when I can expect delivery. Im contemplating going to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals Office.

Review for Gymsource as a company; not this specific location. We purchased a $3500 elliptical in 2004. We are moving and contacted Gymsource for help in getting the elliptical ready for the move (they had done this on our move to MA seven years ago). I was told that they will not touch a machine that is over 10 years old. Very disappointing service.

The Salesmen that we worked with was very friendly unfortunately he was not very knowledgeable with the equipment I was interested in. As luck would have it after it was delivered and set up I needed to have the unit serviced . I spoke with Kristen in customer service who was excellent she was able to squeeze me in on the Friday before the Labor Day Holiday weekend. The tech who came over was excellent he knew exactly what the problem was and corrected it.

The staff was very attentive and recommended a perfect elliptical for my needs. The checkout process was quick, and the delivery process receptive to my requests. I would definitely return here for future gym purchases.

I usually dont write bad reviews its rare, but i was unsatisfied with the customer service and attentiveness..i felt as if the sales person didnt want to sell me any products there. Or offer me alternatives..right when i walked in i felt like he wanted me out..no idea why..i know the place was selling out of things...but how about some hospitality? Not too much to ask for..I am a very easy going guy. For someone to rub me the wrong way it takes a lot..maybe the guy was having a stressful day..no idea..never going in there again..plus its overly priced and the equipment didnt look that great. I ended up getting all my stuff on amazon..hassle free. And cheaper. !!

I know it was time to do something other than paying for the gym and not going. Having the elliptical in my home has already paid off. Gym Source assisted in my making the right choice. Their delivery was timely and professional.

I was looking to set up a home gym and my trainer told me to go to gym source. I had little experience purchasing gym equipment in the past, but I must say my overall experience at gym source was excellent. The staff was all knowledgeable and attentive, the delivery service was punctual and they were quick to service any issue I had with their own in house service department. All I can say is if you are looking for gym equipment go to gym source and ask for Matt he is amazing to work with. I needed a new elliptical for my new home and I decide to go to gym source not knowing exactly what I wanted and Matt took over 3 hours of his time to go over the equipment with me. Matt helped me find the right machine for me and my girlfriend as well as he helped me download a app for my ipad because the machine has a blue tooth connection directly to my ipad so we can track our work outs separately through the work out program the manufacturer provided. They also do financing and 0 interest over a 12 month span. There is no better feeling than to know that the service provided was knowledgeable and professional with no pressure of a sale all Matt wanted to do was be helpful and help us find what we might want weather we were going to make a purchase or not. If you are looking for new equipment stop inn and ask for Matt you wont be disappointed.

My husband and I purchased a Cybex Bravo All-In-One in-home gym unit last winter and we are pleased to report it has been fabulous! For working parents who are 40+ athletes, this unit quickly becomes easy to use and see results. My husband used it to train for a recent Spartan race and I was able to target specific areas that regular cardio sessions were not getting. It is a small sized unit that can do many things and we welcome it in bad weather months! We have purchased 6 pieces of equipment over the last 12 years from Norman and always think the service is great!! We also met a fabulous trainer who showed up how to use the Cybex Bravo as part of the package! Great place and great piece!! Thanks Norm and Ashley!
