Very disappointed in the way they do business ! They will make sure to give you a quote for the work that you agree too,, only to charge thousands more when you pick up the tractor ! You have no choice but to pay, very dishonest, will make sure to let everyone know the way my family was treated.During these times where everyone is struggling to make it by, you guys take advantage.It didn’t matter what hours were spent, how much things cost . Your rep stated on the phone what it would cost to fix ! It should have stayed at that quote. If you would have told us what the end cost REALLY was going to be, we would have declined your services because WE DO NOT have that extra money to spend. But thank you for forcing our hand, and now causing a tremendous amount of stress on my family for other WAY more important bills ext, Christmas, that we now have to mange for.Do yourself a favor and get your quote on paper, and New south do BETTER, the family’s that come to you, are real people.I hope you’re proud !!

This place is both professional and friendly. They added a third function hydralic splitter to my small kubota. They changed all hydralic hoses, fluid and filters. I also had them service the tractor. For ac10 year old tractor, it still runs and functions perfectly.Megan was a pleasure to work with on getting this upgrade project done. Service department was knowledgeable and very direct. Time estimates were accurate as well as the cost.This place is over 30 miles away, but it will be my go to repair and upgrade shop, along with primary point of purchase for any new equipment.

Went in to get some numbers on a new machine. Stood there for 5 min and multiple people saw me and not one person spoke to me. Not a hey or anything. They have so much business i guess they can turn it away. I had just gotten numbers for a new New Holland in Charlotte, so I guess Ill go there instead of supporting my local dealer.Update: I get that youre helping others, and didnt ask for anyone to drop anything. I own several businesses, and to ignore a customer is unacceptable. Your response isnt appreciated either. I had a problem at your business and youre making it seem like my fault rather than saying anything to help the situation. They had what I needed

Recently I purchased a new NH tractor from this dealer, the 2nd new one in 11 years although the name was different when I purchased the first one. I ordered it special from the factory with a lot of options and had to wait over 6 months for delivery. The day I ordered it I tendered 5000.00 in a cash deposit and asked to witness the counting of it. I was told that I could not go in the owners office and watch it, no explanation given. During the course of this 6 month wait I made 2 more attempts to either speak to the owner in person or over the phone and was denied that privilege both times. I will have to say he has a good loyal team running interference between him and customers.When the tractor arrived they did jump right on it and get it prepared for delivery. Contained in the predelivery instructions is a checklist to be followed and checked off as each step is followed. It was not used and after bringing it to their attention it still was not completed. I was told that the tractor was ordered with dual remotes. It arrived with one and when I advised them what they had told me it was denied but that the second one could be installed for appx. 1200.00. When the tractor is delivered there is another checklist in the owners manual to be completed and every item gone over with the new owner so that everything about the operation of it is explained to the new owners satisfaction. There is a place for the driver to sign, date to certify that every step has been accomplished along with the model, serial number, etc. After I again brought this up all I heard was crickets. The manual was never removed from its storage compartment. The driver said he was in a hurry to make other deliveries and he did virtually nothing but unload it and park it. I think they call it turn and burn. Upon delivery I noticed paint damage on one of the loader arms where it had been chained down at some point. When I brought it to their attention, again nothing but crickets.It was delivered with one of the options not installed. When advised of this the employee told me I could pick it up and put it on myself. When I advised them that I had already paid them to put it on they did dispatch Todd to put it on. He explained many things to me and answered questions until I was satisfied. I cant say enough good things about Todd, he is a super person. Within a week or two I called and ordered an optional part and was told I would have to tender my credit card before they could order this 300.00 part. I told the parts person that I had just laid out 55K in cash for this tractor but was advised that this did not make any difference anymore and there was a new policy in place concerning the prepayment of ordered parts. It appears customer appreciation has disappeared ! A few days later I called another dealer who I had never done business with before and ordered 930.00 worth of parts for it over the phone and they said I didnt have to prepay them that they trusted meAt no time during this transaction was I ever thanked from the management for my purchase or told that they appreciated my business. I wont try again to make contact with the owner with any problem as I already know what the outcome will be. This information is an unbiased summary of my experience with NS Tractor, not opinion.

Contacted the salesman Jeff. Explained what I wanted, and he suggested the equipment to meet my needs. It was exactly what I wanted. Financing was approved in a matter of minutes. The equipment was serviced and ready for my pick up that afternoon. He gave me a thorough explanation of all the equipment and how to work it. The entire experience with painless and professional and I was treated exactly how I wanted to be treated. This company and Jeff in particular deserve a 5 star rating and I would recommend this to anyone interested in tractor equipment.

Although the parts that I needed were not in stock the staff took the time to order them. It appeared that the warehouse was out of stock as well. The staff took the time necessary to make calls to track the parts down and order them for me. This was an excellent example of good customer service.

Took my tractor over to be repaired. Done a bunch of work on it, did not fix it, was the same as when I took it to them and they expected me to pay a huge amount for something that wasnt fixed. Then sold my tractor without telling me. Be careful if you are dealing with them. Make sure you get all the facts.

Goodness I love this place. There is always a sweet lady there named Brenda. She always goes above and beyond what is asked of her. So sweet and friendly. When you go ask for her.

These guys would love to sell you a $30,000 piece of equipment. Its apparently not worth their time to sell you a $900 piece of equipment or support older New Hollands. Try Comer in York, SC if you want service or parts for your New Holland. It is well worth the drive. They will also deliver.

Took a simple pto key to get replaced. Even full schematics on the machine with pics. Said it was a special key pin to go on a goose chase for it. Turns out the first thing I pointed to was the part. A burr developed when it stripped making it look a little different. One min with a file it fit. Went to hollar. I know more about repairs than the mechanics. Multiple times they were clueless about their job. I now can fix anything even reengineering parts that have obvious limitations. Not bad guys. They need a good farm boy to get problems fixed that are not conventional. Im a farm boy.

I would like to start off by saying I love my new B2650 with 60 mowing deck FEL with separate grapple. This tractor is amazing, I have had a bx2200 for 15 years and loved it,it was a tank.I thought I would upgrade before I retired ( I was a little apprehensive about the new Tractors) but not anymore. I have had an awesome experience with new South tractor. I would buy from them again. I did not have time through the week to go look at the tractor so Magan came in on her day off to wait on me and when I did make the final decision we took care of all the paperwork on line because I live 100 miles away and answered all my questions over the phone. Again awesome experience.

Mower financing was very easy. I got the kubota z411 with a 48 inch deck and Kawasaki motor. It is very powerful. I raced my neighbor on his Toro down the street and i blew the doors off him!!! In my opinion once they get your money, you dont matter. Bought a brand new Kubota. Have had nothing but problems with it. Have called several times, they wont call you back like they promise. Always passing the buck. Was told by Dean when the owner gets back I will talk to him and call you back. So far the owner must be on vacation, been 11 days and I guess he still hasnt come to work. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. Googled the tractor and many bad reviews about it.
