Great place to shop and eat. Their deli has some of the best food in town - and you get a great portion for the price. They even have many of their deli items available as frozen meals you can take home and pop in the oven for dinner. The event space above the store, which is operated by the same owners, is also top-notch. If youre in Newton, stopping by PHarv is a must.

Oh my gosh, I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Everything about it is a joy - from the space its housed in to the products they sell, and the way theyre displayed. Theres so much thats natural, or local, or fair trade, or all of the above - if I lived in Newton I would shop here all the time. I love the deli and the sunny sitting space, and I was excited to see real peppernuts on sale! Lovely space and great items. Visit; you wont be disappointed :)

Prairie Harvest has a great variety of items. From personal care items, groceries to health supplements, they have it all. They place a unique emphasis on local food products that support the community. They also have seating inside the store. Their lunch options + Thursday dinner options are always terrific meals that are healthy and can be done on a budget. My personal favorite is combining the vegetable chili with the mac & cheese on Saturdays.

You can find food items here that you wouldnt find most anywhere else, and the quality is good. Prices are a bit high, but usually you pay more for quality. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about most of the merchandise. Overall its a very nice place.
