You know when you do something and it doesnt go as planned? Well, I was cleaning my windshield and instead of grabbing the small step, I got up on the fender, it was slow motion when I lost my balance and put my knew where I knew not to!! Yep, dented in the hood and creased it, no do overs!!So we took my truck into Carstar on Pin Oak to see what Max (Maxwell) could do for us, they have always been great with other vehicles.I also had a little spot on the drivers wheel well and it was beginning to show rust! Death of all vehicles if you let it go!!We agreed on a price and all the work they stated (including replacing the washer fluid parts on the hood) and how they would do it, as well as the time frame to complete the job.They were on time and I was very pleased with the job! It is seamlessly perfect on the hood and the rear drivers panel, they did a fantastic job!YES!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again to the crew and staff for a great experience and job! :)

Carstar was great to deal with. The front office staff and estimator were very friendly and easy to speak to. I only had some minor damage to the rear of my truck; however they went the extra mile. My 2015 Ram 1500 came out of their shop looking like a brand new truck. They did a great job detailing the exterior. My rims were very rusty and were buffed to almost looking like brand new. They arranged for my rental truck which was awesome. Extremely pleased with their service.

They did a great job repairing our car. It looks like new again. On top of that great customer service. They followed up with me multiple times about the expected repair timeline, new issues and best of all to let me know they had finished the job a couple days earlier than they estimated. Great work.

They fixed the gap in the rear bumper on my mustang GT which was butchered by someone else. Took them half an hour & I got my car back with perfect bumper fitment. These guys knows what they are Doing. Highly recommend.

I had Bumper damage that I caused myself and was quoted very high at other businesses. I called and Spoke to Mark B and he told me to come in and they would have a look. I came in and he personally came out and said it was not only doable at a lower price but he went through all possible options.The time frame he gave me was on point and work was actually complete earlier in the day I dropped off than expected.The quality was amazing, I did not expect color matching of this quality.Overall very pleased and would recommend carstar to friends and family.

I’ve been to the Niagara Falls CarStar two times for accident repairs. Both times they did a fantastic job. You’d never know the car was ever damaged! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Recently a door rubber came loose ( not anything to do with their repair). I called and they took me in right away and fixed it for me with no charge! You can’t do better than that.I highly recommend you give them a try the next time you have an accident. You’ll be glad you did!

I had a minor fender bender and was advised by my insurance company to use CARStar. They did an estimate and advised that it would be 3-5 days to repair. I was fine with that, and was given a rental which my insurance company paid for. THREE WEEKS LATER & still no car. I have run out of coverage for my rental. They have no estimate on when my car will be ready Waiting on a part, is the standard line I get every time I enquire. Do not recommend CarStar for any repair work.

My car had a frontal body damage, and they restored everything on the front of car, including surrounding areas, to the original condition, like new. Great attention to details, they even repaired the tiny body damages. They were very helpful throughout the process and provided seamless customer experience. Very professional, great quality and experience.

Mario in Niagara Falls on Pin St. was my contact, excellent personality and professional.The finish on my low mileage 2008 Chrysler T&C makes it look new. Tried ordering a windshield, 3 times! Everytime I was told it was ordered and I would be notified when it was in. 3 times I had to call them, to find out, they had no idea who I was, never took down my info and never ordered my windshield. Terrible business ethics by last staff. Would not recommend the Niagara Falls car star at all.

Did an ok job fixing my damages but created new damages.. refuse to fix the damage they cause. Made some bs so they wont fix.. i called other carstars around and they told me they are in fact 100% liable. They are all about taking money from customers and insurance companies. Be aware.. insurance companies LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have had 2 accidents in the last 10 years requiring repairs to my car. CarStar did the repair work both times. The repairs were done in a timely way, the staff were very friendly and efficient (even arranged a rental car for me) and kept me well informed. When the repairs were complete and I picked up my car, they had even cleaned the car, inside and out! Exceptional service - I highly recommend them!!

The office staff is nice and help ful but as for the mechanics and other, I’ve taken my vehicle to them twice now on two different occasions and everytime I always end up regretting it, the most recent instance I only needed three parts front end parts changed out which they claimed would take “a few days”. It has been nearly a month and a half and they still haven’t finished it. The first time I took my vehicle to them they didn’t even change out all the parts that were on the bill. And I had to go out and buy a part they had to have broken because my vehicle was drive most of the way there so when they claimed I had no brakes I couldn’t believe it but there was nothing I could have done they had my car and controlled it’s fate.

Dealt with them after my accident. They were friendly, The work was done well. My only issue was that there kept being delays but no one was calling me to let me know of the new timeline. It was frustrating to be told it would be done in four days at the latest, hear nothing, and call four days later and be told it was another 2 days, and then after 2 days be told another 2 days. It had to do with parts being delayed but I felt like I wasnt kept in the loop, which was disappointing

Got a repair on my open they committed fraud. On the bill they said they painted the door but it had scratches and rust on the side. They charged the insurance company for a paint blend when they didnt even do it. It was from a junk yard not even repainted. My power window stopped working. They also had my mothers car at the time I went and cancelled the work before they could get their hands on her car and we took it else where. Also I had a door mouldings in my back seat. It went missing after they had it. I took my car back for them to fix it properly 2 more times. I finally said screw it and took it else where and paid out of my own pocket to have it fixed right. They are liars. They jus want you money and together your car out as ast nd cheap as possible. I would give negative stars if possible

Got my car fixed there after a collision. A few month later check engine light came on. Dealer said fender and a circuit wasn’t assembled properly. Called carstar for their lifetime warranty on their work. They told me its impossible that a check engine goes on after so long. I guess lifetime warranty means nothing at this scammy place.

My daughter was hit by a fellow who then took off without leaving his info. We had a lot of front passenger side damage, but this place did a great job of repairing it and for the most reasonable price around. As well, they thew in a free left headlight that had been damaged in a previous parking lot hit and run. Id never gotten around to fixing it because it still worked and was secure, and I didnt want to make a claim, or pay out if I didnt need to. Who gives out free headlights these days? Great people to work with! They also completed the job earlier than what they quoted.

Worst customer service ever.Was in a terrible accident and had CAA tow the car there. Once I was able to call them, they said that I owed car storage for 5 days (it had not even been 5 days). They never called insurance, they never called the owners of the vehicle. They just say there adding $$ to the bill. Milking an already terrible situation.Carstar only cares about the BUCK. Stay away!

DONT bring your vehicle here. John and Mario are terrible mangers with no customer service skills. I got into a minor car accident with my BRAND NEW vehicle when I picked it up there was a dozen scratches on the exterior and interior that were never there before hand. oddly enough i found a rust spot...somehow. There was a knocking sound in the front end. my ceiling handles were loose. my windows didnt want to roll up and down properly. fuse box wont stay on. the screw cap on the door handle was broken. They had to replace the panel for the window buttons. the ceiling near the sunroof was loose. the paint on the one side of my vehicle was a different shade and dull. every part they order was back ordered apparently (more like they think ill give up so they ordered the parts late) the list goes on... it took them 4 months to fix my BRAND NEW car and every time I went back I found something else broken. The mechanics were laughing at our disagreement. The last thing broken was a rip in the fabric roof and a hole on the seat, I asked them JUST to fix the seat and ill just live with the rip in the fabric and they wouldnt fix it. They admited they wrecked it then denied it later on. Mario wouldnt let me see the date on the pictures he said his high end phone doesnt show the date...LOL. I have the same phone and dated pictues. youll find yourself battling between insurance company, car star and car star head office. Dont waste your time or money. you wont hear from them weeks at a time and you have keep calling to see when you will get your car back. 7 months later and still trying to fix the problem, hate to see how many people they do this too that dont bother them to fix it properly. I NEVER write reviews but I just had to.. sorry for the long post readers.
