The timeline provided for repairs was exact and the quality of their workmanship was exceptional. They even arranged for the rental and we received our vehicle back fully detailed which is a sign of excellent customer service. Recently had my car in for small body work and paint. Damage estimate process was simple, quick, easy. Was able to get my car in right away. Repairs were completed slightly earlier then expected. Repairs professionally done and car looks great. Service was great and even cleaned the car. Highly recommended.

I had a minor dent on the front right fender of my truck so I went is search of a collision shop and remembered a collision shop that I passed by many times, Cataract Collision Centre.I had barely stepped out of my truck when a friendly, smiling man (Robert) came out the front door of the shop to greet me. Robert spent a few moments looking at the damage and we went into his shop to discuss the price and how long he needed to make the repair.The interior reception and waiting area are exceptionally clean and well kept. The receptionist is very friendly as well and made me feel welcome.The repair was completed on time as quoted. When I picked up my truck it was like the damage never happened. The repair was perfect. Not only that, the exterior and interior of my truck had been cleaned. All the glass had been washed and the carpets cleaned and vacuumed.Overall I would recommend this place. I drove away feeling like I was happy I came here.

These people are amazing . as soon as you walk in the door u can tell its the nicest family of people working there. The two nicest ladies work the reception and the guys in the garage and exceptional. They know exactly what they are talking about when assessing the damages and giving a fair estimate . They always order my parts right away and get my car finished asap. Recently I got rear ended and they fixed 4000$ worth of damage in 2 days . They work with my schedule and make me feel so comfortable along the whole process. picked up the car today and it looks brand spanking new and they even detailed the inside for me . When I dropped it off it was. Covered in snow and salt stains and they have completely washed this car inside and out which is a nice touch . thank you again cataract collision centre for taking the weight off my shoulders and making me super relaxed and again super comfortable the WHOLE process. happy new years guys thanks again !

My 2017 Hyundai Elantra was parked under a tree in a park and while I was away a big branch fall on top of the hood from the strong winds. We chose Cataract from the good reviews we saw and never regretted in choosing them to fix our car as well. Everything looked new (including a free chip fix) including the free detailed work inside. I left it a little? messy when I brought it in and they made it sparkle again like new inside. I recommend them for sure for their professionalism and workmanship. Thank you Cataract!

The owner Bob met me there three hours after they were closed so he could bring my car in the shop. He helped me with an ignorant tow truck driver demanding payment. They did a fantastic job on my car outside and interior were immaculately cleaned it looked like the day I bought it. Bob and his wife are so kind and polite. They define customer service.

Just got my car back from Cataract Collision. My bumper had a good size ding in it, and they fixed it beautifully, and at a good rate. They washed my car, and vacuumed the interior as well. Dont bother with anyone else. If your car needs some body work, just take it to Cataract.
